We had a fantastic time and will return for sure for the spa alone. Such a great addition to the hotel, if you are staying, make sure you book one day at the spa - it is the most relaxing and healing experience. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the selection of local cheeses. The outdoor pool (free of charge) was not too busy and quite good too. Free coffee bar was definitely a welcome addition and plenty of fresh water available everywhere. The bar next door had great atmosphere for evening drinks.

Room interior design slightly dated, but it is not bad. Parking on the street, but it felt safe.

The room was well equipped, we had one issue with the air-conditioning but it was solved pretty quickly. The spa and the pool were excellent and the breakfast options were perfect - loved the Galician section!

It would be nice to have a bar/kiosk available next to the outdoor pool to get some drinks and snacks.

The spa was very nice, salt water with a lot of features and amazing Turkish bath. The gym is very nice and complete. The breakfast is very nice and location is perfect for walking the island or even go to O Grove for a relaxing time

The dinner buffet is not really worth the money. The room is very simple, no extras and there was no place to dry the rope after the spa so it was damp from one day to the next.

With two kids, our room was great. Both beds had more than enough room for a family of 4. The breakfast and dinner were really good. Also everyone in the hotel and spa were super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Noise. Some of the guest staying at the hotel were highly intoxicated and at 5:00 were making a lot of noise in the bedroom hall to the point that I was forced to leave my room go talk with them.

Very clean room and spacious. Good selection of treatments at the balneario (all of them not included in some rate types). Great breakfast.

The bar at the external pool was closed and there was no place to get a drink until 6pm, when the cafeteria opens. The external swimming pool needs urgent repairs as there are missing tiles.

Breakfast buffet offer is huge but quality not the best Less options and better would be my preference

- The inside and outside swimming pools were excellent! - The rooms were extremely clean and well sized - The beds were very comfortable - They allowed us to enter earlier than check-in time as requested previously - The hotel building and spaces looks excellent!

- There was a strict schedule to use hotel amenities (the earliest dinner option was at 21:00; bar only opened at 20:00 and closed at 00:00; swimming pool had specific times for kids 12:00 till 14:00 and 16:00 till 18:00) - Some of the staff did not speak English

We like the hotel but some points could be better, buffet dinner and SPA one Saturday afternoon are exemples

The dinner as buffet was very expensive for the quality of the food offered . It needs to be improved . We had dinner once at the restaurant Casa do Marques very nice quality and service for the price, good value for money. Attendind Covid times, Saturday the SAP pull was very crawded.

Really nice room, firm large comfy bed, quite location, good staff, decent spa facilities, huge buffet breakfast offer

Nothing negative- bar was closed during our stay, but not exactly an issue
