Great place to stay and the lady on reception was lovely. We'd asked for a quiet room and she showed us 2 different rooms to chose from as one was at the front of the hotel overlooking the car park and she wasn't sure if it would be ok as it was a Saturday night. Breakfast was great, buffet style 9 euros pp. Not a huge car park but no problem getting a space. We didn't use the restaurant in the evening, opted to try a Halal place 10 mins walk away. There's a petrol station and a Dia supermarket not far away too.

Nothing to dislike

The flexibility and attentive nature of the staff, specifically Ana, the receptionist's, decision to swap our room for a more appropriate room following our request.

It wasn't so much a dislike rather than an unexpected surprise when our expected format for breakfast, i.e. a buffet breakfast in the hotel was changed to a more cafe approach in the hotel bar. It worked for us on this occasion!

I stopped here on my way to Madrid, it is very convenient. It exceeded my expectations with the room which was very large, comfortable and peaceful. It is an older property with a restaurant and cafe but the rooms remind me of old school luxury and I thought it was great value. I asked for a quiet room and was given a quiet room. The reception provided great customer service. The restaurant who delivered me room service also provided great customer service. Both helpful and smiling which I really appreciate these days with so many misreable staff around in hotels that charge triple the price for less. Normal hospitality is becoming a rarity these days so if I see it, I have to point it out!. Old is Gold!. Also, the fish I had for dinner was delightful!. Thank you :))

The location is no beauty but that is not the fault of the hotel; it is a great stopover for a rest and yummy food. The parking for me was very difficult and tight but luckily reception helped guide me out!. It is a popular place no doubt!

Super staff, great location south of Zaragoza, the cafe bar is great, we had a super breakfast and far too much to eat, watermelon, cold meat, cheese, ham, coffee, juice. Toastada con tomate and croissant and pan au chocolat.

The car park outside is small and no guarantee of space if you arrive late, but plenty of street parking locally and the hotel has electric charging bays also, the Wifi is patchy and inconsistent

Staff were lovely, and room clean and spacious. We had dinner, which was fine, though not amazing. We were only there for a night, stay over during a long trip, and had a good experience.

Not much to add... It's a 3 star hotel, but a good one, so for that level it's a good hotel.

Very happy with the whole experience, staff were very helpful especially the waitress at breakfast as she spoke some English and helped us to understand translating for us If in area again would definitely return to El Patio.

Location and parking very good. Room was excellent as was the lunch at the hotel. Breakfast too was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great dinner menu, food was very good, and very good value. Room was large, beds very comfortable. Easy to find , on main road in town .

Car park very tight, but it was free!

WE are travelling with E-bikes and the hotel provided safe place for our bikes. We had dinner in the hotel and the quality was excellent for a very reasonable place

Really good staff, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and the bar staff also, all nice people. Good food in the bar, both dinner and breakfast.

The room was a little dark. And the tv is super small, I didn´t mind, but perhaps will bother some.
