Hotel Real

The outside does not do it justice. It looked pretty 'damaged' and we were ready just to turn around and find another place but what a surprise when we gave it a try: The reception was friendly and helpful, we got a nice, spacious room with good beds, large bathroom, excellent air conditioning and no unwanted noise. Forget the outside: highly recommended for a real bargain price. They could easily charge more!

Nothing really. A little love would make the elevation look less 'abandoned'. We initially thought the place was closed!

The hotel is 5 minutes from the bus station, and near the old town area. Within walking distance of shops including decalthon, and we got a lovely room with a small balcony overlooking the river. The room was a decent size, ensuite, double bed as per our request. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a restaurant downstairs which served meals in the evening at a reasonable price and breakfast. The room and hotel was quiet, very clean and priced very reasonably. A lovely little hotel. Thank you.

The room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the river, which was nice. The bathroom was also large with a very decent shower (both hand-held and rain options) and two sinks with space next to them to leave both our things on the counter without trying to juggle it all. We went for the double bed option, which I rarely do, but it was more comfortable than I expected. We traveled with a family of 4 and they said their room was also big and comfortable, and we'd all book this one again. We also each had a closet, extra pillows by default, a safe and an air conditioning system that could actually be regulated so we didn't freeze.

People seem to like slamming hotel room doors for some reason... and they are loud, so a few people woke us up in our hallway when they got in late. This was the only drawback, so if they could do something to muffle the sound that'd be great.

Nice hotel room in a fantastic location. It was a well appointed, modern hotel room. Very quiet, large window that you could open and comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and the walk in shower was exceptional. There is a 24 hour desk and a restaurant (not 24 hours). There is plenty of close parking for a fee. Get a parking app! Breakfast was fine and service excellent. Daily service was provided by hotel.

The hotel is located in a very central street by the river and good to visit some touristic places, although far down from Seo Vella to where you can take the lifts. The bus station is close about 10 minutes walk. In the area there are restaurants and many other shops. The room was comfortable and very quiet. Staff was very kind at the reception. Wifi good.

The city should celebrate the arrival of a New Year in the streets!

Excellent location for the city and shops. Easy to get to. Great shower and bathroom. Good value for money. Friendly staff and good Covid 19 security in place. Attached restaurant had a good enough menu for most tastes, with hard working staff. Plenty of underground car parking near the hotel, reasonably priced.

The cooked element of breakfast was a little bit lacking. Two tired looking, broken, fried eggs on offer and some undercooked bacon. After asking for some fresh eggs none were forthcoming. I think it may be a separate business from the hotel, as breakfast was charged on another transaction! The bedroom LED light for desk work didn't work, as the bulb was not connected to it's socket, in the light base.

It was close to the train station, bus stops, and the old town. The bed was comfortable, the room was air conditioned, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The provided toiletries could have been better.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The parking is public but very close to the hotel and an easy carpark. Very nice terrace with a view of the river. Room was a good size and clean.

A coffee maker or kettle in the room would be a nice touch.

Very well located hotel to explore the old side of Lleida, with convenient underground parking and friendly staff. The hotel's restaurant is good and the breakfast quite decent.

Not easy to stop in front of the hotel to unload luggage, the parking spaces are blocked on a very busy street. Also, would be nice to have a city map.

Cleanliness, apartment size, beds

Parking nearby, but very expensive (I suggest making an agreement to reduce costs for guests). It does not offer leisure options (e.g. spa, swimming pool, etc.) or kitchen, limiting long stays.
