Room lovely, bed very comfortable and location good for my meeting

No hairdryer, no tea towel. No coffee making facility which was not essential but could have made the difference. Maybe they could have left a couple of tea bags, some coffee, milk, sugar etc as to go out and buy for one night would have been ridiculous. I think if you are offering it as an apartment a few basics is not unreasonable as I presume many people are only visiting for a few days.

Location is very good, close to metro station, 5 minutes far from city center. A few restaurants and cafe around.

The Wi-Fi disconnected every time we were out of the apartment and need to put the username and password to connect again.

Good location next to a metro station, a little supermarket and bakeries. The beds were comfortable and the apartment clean.

A coffee machine would be great to complete the kitchen.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Convenient location for the Line 4 entrance to Diego de Leon metro station, just a few stops into the centre of town. The pool area had been recently renovated and was pretty inviting.

Extremely dated rooms, no welcome book or anything to explain housekeeping, air-conditioning, wifi or to remind of check-out times. Intermittent hot water made showering quite the experience. Inadequate plumbing as well (using the sink or bidet would cause water to bubble up from the bath plug hole). Worst of all though were the room keys. I lost count of the times I was unable to get back into my room because the key had stopped working. As soon as you put the key card near a phone or a bank card it would stop working. For this price I would have expected WiFi as well. Mobile data coverage from interior rooms was extremely patchy.

It's very sentral and just by the metro station, so it was very easy to get around. The staff was nice. It was clean. There's a lot of closet space. The room was a good size and the little kitchen was very cute and had everything you'd need. The little fridge was more spacious than we expected. We were also pleasantly surprised that the TV was a smart TV, which made it easy to stream from our own devices. We would definitely come and stay again.

The air circulation/air-conditioning system makes quite a bit of noise

The location is near the subway and bus system making getting around Madrid very easy and safe. Lots of really good restaurants nearby including a Michelin star quality only a block away. Supermarket is right next door. Staff were lovely even though I didn't speak much Spanish and they were so helpful.

The property was undergoing construction, so there was noise...and I could have done without the 1.45am delivery van or rubbish collection noise under my window.

Great location where you will find good transport links, a metro exit just opposite the building, plenty of shops and a supermarket next door. I booked a studio with terrace, where I found a drying rack! The kitchenette is small, but good enough to heat food in the microwave. No kettle though (actually there wouldn’t be any space to place it) but water and milk can be heated in the microwave. Ample bathroom with bathtub and minimal amenities. The receptionist who checked me in around 13:30 was very nice.

Lack of power outlets, especially near the desk, which would be very useful to plug a laptop in, for instance. The Wi-Fi works well, but needs a singing-in every time you want to use it.

My wife and I were met at the front desk by Mr. Zoido. We were giving a double bed room as requested but much larger room with an extra pulled out of the wall twin bed in the living room. In addition it has a couch small a breakfast table with 4 chairs and a well layout clean kitchen with a sink, microwave, stove and refrigerator. With overhead kitchen cabinet with dishes silverware. The room was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The location of Juan Bravo apartments is in the Salamanca district. Upscale district near subways, city buses, taxis etc.l. Full of eateries, restaurant and shopping. Its location is the best near everything. Museo del Prado, Plaza Cibeles,, Puerta Alcala, etc. We love it!

Due to the unusual warm weather the Apartments were still running the heating instead of AC. Since it's Spring Season when we arrived April 17, then return April 30 to May 2, 2023. I asked at the front desk if I can turn on the A/C. I was told it is controlled by the Apartment Property and they will turn it on at the end of spring season. I was able to open the windows at night and that helped.

Very comfortable, in great location, very good staff.

The location excellent. The staff friendly and great advice with great information regarding transportation of subways to get to the bus station to visit Toledo like we did. We already made reservation to Juan Bravo on our way back April 30.

one complaint is that the room was hot because the weather here in Spain is unusually hot. When I asked how I can turn the air condition on, his answer was that the apartment owner control the heating and air conditioning and that the air condition will not be turn on until summer. That now in April the heath is turn on.
