After reading the reviews I was not expecting much at all but this hotel exceeded all my expectations! I booked late & since there was a F1 test on this was the only availability & It was a perfect stay!! I was alone as a female and made to feel very comfortable & safe! The WIFI for work & streaming was good & the location is great for food, shops & the beach. There is a nice easy 1hr walk to a mall outside of town with all the shops you'd expect. I am not sure why this hotel has such bad reviews, it was great!! Perfect for business OR a getaway

I really enjoyed my stay. I don't like the bad reviews this hotel has got, it was great. Yes it's not the prettiest but I have stayed all over the world and this is far better than many other hotels in Mataro!

This hotel has a fantastic location nearby the beach and the city centre, as well as only 25 mins away from Barcelona. There was a big free of payment parking just 1 min walk from the hotel and that came in very handy for our 10 nights stay and parking our car for free and safely. The staff is so helpful and kind at all times. From the reception to the cleaning and maintenance, all so kind and supportive. A very nice option they have for breakfast is the 5 euros deal with a coffee, croissant, mini sandwich and a juice. On days where you just want to grab something quick and hit the road to the beach or an attraction in Barcelona, this was a very practical option that we enjoyed. We definitely recommend it 👌 😊

The air conditioning is a bit old. It may need a change and/or maintenance.

Personnell is very helpful, nice and professional, the location of the Hotel is good, the wifi works very well and the room is very bag. I had the room with the terrace, which is quite big too. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom as a bath tube and is very spacious. I have had dinner a couple of times there and the food is good.

It is great to have an underground parking, though the parking spaces are quite small, and if you have a big car sometimes it can be tricky to park. A part from that it was all good, perhaps the chance to have a coffee in the room or on each floor would be good.

Great staff always ready to help. Fairly good gym though the spa was closed. Amazing location just between the city centre and the business district and a very valuable for money restaurant.

The walls of my room were pretty thick and I couldn't sleep much as I was hearing my neighbour snoring for the whole night

Nice location, air conditioning, parking in basement and not to far from the beach.

Air conditioner was leaking into one of the bathrooms, this had probably been going on for awhile since ceiling and floor was stained. Wish they informed us about this in advance

The room was big and confortable, cleaning came everyday, the location was convenient.

The room was pretty old, the ceiling had many cracks and yellw stains.

The reception staff is very friendly and willing to help. The train station is within walking distance.

We stayed in an apt with a small kitchen; installations work but are rather dated as was the whole apt.

The staff were great. This was a very busy weekend, MotoGP, but they did well. Breakfast was good and they did there best to keep up with the amount of people. Rooms were good with very good air conditioning.

safety deposit box listed , not in room when got there, told reception and said will sort it for you .two day stay and never happened so all valuables had to stay in car down stairs not ideal! air con bad.
