It was big and spacious. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Easy access to facilities and beach across the road.

Seems trivial but the quality of toilet paper. It fell apart on the first wipe and for me this is unhygienic for the swimming pool. Also, bad for the environment as had to use wipes in the end and flush down toilet. Another was you had to pay for all drinks even though we were full board. I wouldn’t expect alcohol to be included and nor should it, but at least a big bottle of water for the table to be included.

Hot shower, comfy bed, nice food

It was noisy late into the night, take ear plugs!

I am sin gluten and I had no worries about my food. I was assigned a special person each time I went into the restaurant who told me what I could have and would also do special food if I wanted. Excellent.

Although the rooms were no smoking people were allowed to smoke on the balconies. The balconies are very close and unfortunately, the people next door to us smoked. The smoke drifted into our room. and my husband has a severly bad chest, so we had to keep the patio door shut for a lot of our stay. I find the smell of smoke most unpleasant too, so we could not put our towels and swimsuits onto the balcony to dry, which was inconvenient. Maybe you could have a block of the building where no one is allowed to smoke so no drifting.

The hotel is very clean and the room was comfortable, we prefer the larger sizes beds that were available. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant. There was a varied choice and the catering staff showed innovation in presenting the food. The hotel is well located near to the beach.

Out of season , the location is rather isolated and the hotel quite vast. Unfortunately we had poor weather so activities were limited. Indoor swimming pool could do with refurbishment.

Excellent hotel, all the pools were spotless with the heated, undercover, pool being very warm. Masses of sun loungers with areas around the pools, out on the lawns under scattered palm type trees all available to sunbathe on.Direct access onto the beach with electronic room key required to re enter the hotel grounds. All staff spoke some English although at this time of year ninety percent of the guests were nationals with very few ‘brits’. We had booked breakfast and evening meal and every evening over the seven day stay ( we originally only booked for three days but cancelled our second hotel and extended this one after our first impressions) the meals were different such as taps evening, Mexican food evening and a curry, although any choices were still available if required ( including the now seemingly prominent ‘Show Cooking’ counter that most hotels now have) My wife has to be gluten free and every, every meal different waiter/ waitresses kept putting small plates of ‘sin gluten’ dishes in front of her and always toasted gluten free bread for her at breakfast. Any wine or beer bought with the evening meal was very sensibly priced as well. All the lifts worked, rooms well serviced, every waste bin with new liners in, every hand sanitizer brim full at all times and the toilets etc were spotless and smelled ‘nice’. The hotel does have private car parking for a small fee if required but is surrounded by free parking areas anyway with no time restrictions.

Sometimes the ‘buffet’ dishes were not hot as the hotel wasn’t full although the Show Cooking food was served from the cooking point direct onto your plate. This problem was rectified when I found the microwave to warm up the ‘ French fries’ etc

The cleanliness and attention to detail by all the staff was very good. Food was very good both for breakfast and dinner. Also, convenient access to the urban bus service.

Smokers!!! People were allowed to smoke in and around the hotel with the result we had cigarette ash dropped on us from the people on the terrace above us. Not nice. In our opinion it should be regarded as a non smoking hotel inside and out.

the hotel was very good value for money - included a lot more than other hotels for the same price. The staff were lovely and spoke both English and Spanish. There was plenty of space around the pools and lots of sun loungers. The room was clean and a good size and the view was lovely. The food was also excellent for a decent price! lastly the cocktails were so reasonably priced and tasted amazing!

There was a lot of meat mixed in with vegetable dishes which wasn’t great for me as a vegetarian. The vegetarian choices were very limited.

No option for a dinner at the beach restaurant after 7 days like most other buffet style hotels. Taxis called by the hotel were a rip off, was quoted €40 for a 2 KM trip ! They don’t put on the meters and try agree s price before they come otherwise you won’t get one and your stuck in hotel. The bus is ok but a bit unreliable later at night

Always enjoy our stays here. Comfortable, friendly, good night life. The live music in the Pub Irlandés was great. It was extremely busy this time, but everything was well organised. Nice buffet dinner, nice buffet breakfast. Staff are always excellent & we had a great welcome from the restaurant manager who remembered us.

Even though I was there few times before, this time was so complicated at the reception.
