Continual piped music that I had to be asked to be switched off at 1120 pm. Creepy! No hot water in the morning which was rubbish.

The location. 5 minute walk to Ris beach, 15 to Trengandin beach.

Many things could be improved, in our opinion, subjective of course. First, we essentially booked this hotel because of the spa, to only learn once checking in that it isn't open. The lady at the helpdesk told me that this was said somewhere on booking.com. She wasn't sure where, but they had told the platform to include it. Well, revising the website, it is indeed mentioned all the way at the bottom of the page, in "the fine print" section, after extensive descriptions of the wonders of the spa and tons of pictures. Is it so hard to send customers a message informing about this before they arrive? So difficult to adjust the text and pictures to the actual offer of the hotel? This wouldn't have been the end of the world had it not been for the room itself. It is close to a scam to charge 120 euros for this accommodation, even if during August. Small room, unpractical and scarce furniture. Boiling hot, no fan until we asked for it. But above all, the hardest bed we have ever tried in our whole lives, combined with the thinnest pillow possible. A room where it becomes close to impossible to chill during the day, as there's no table or armchair to sit on (just a huge rigid wooden chair), no extra cushions in the bed, barely any surface to put anything on. Or to sleep at night, due to the mattress, the heat, and the barking dogs in the surrounding properties. Small final remark: the toiletries are almost impossible to open with dry hands, let alone with wet hands in the shower, we had to buy gel and shampoo... All in all, beyond expensive for what it offers and totally disappointing. I don't like to make this sort of reviews, but in this case, I wish I had read such a comment before wasting so much money and spoiling our holidays.

I booked this hotel as I fancied some spa treatments. Due to being tired. None of the spa treatments were available. No hot water in the morning. Make sure to ask on checkin.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. No A/C or even a fan. Wifi router too far and could not even connect. All amenities where closed (pool, spa etc) this was one of the main reasons we chose the place in the first place.
