Loved this little hotel where we stayed in Olot! We had a tastefully decorated ensuite room which looked out onto a little patio ,we were very near to the old part and thus in walking distance to the different restaurants,bars ,shops etc and the staff were very warm and welcoming

Not a big problem but it was better for us to leave our car parked in an underground carpark nearby ( got a special deal since we were based there for a few days )than use the hotel's carpark as its entrance was too narrow for our car to negotiate easily . Otherwise, everything else was fine!

Fantastic hotel with friendly people. Everything was designed perfectly at this hotel and the breakfast was great. I look forward to staying here in the future.

Please, please turn off the weird window lights earlier in the day. They make it impossible to sleep unless you close the window shade fully, which means there is no air in the room, making it immensely hot. They didn't turn off until 11.48 pm at night, and they made it incredibly hard to fall asleep.

Very friendly and helpful greeting, the room was very comfortable and the shower nice and powerful. Coffee was available from a machine downstairs. There was also a nice communal space downstairs with a pool table and outside seating.

We couldn't seem to get the heating working (even with the window closed). The street was a little noisy both evening and early morning.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Secure lockup for bicycles and cars. Great central location. A lot of thought has gone into the communal areas to make them welcoming and useful (e.g. you are encouraged to bring your own food and use the microwave, Netflix is available downstairs if not in your room).

The hotel was centrally located with bars & restaurants very close by. We were met by Santi, who was very helpful & professional. Keep up the good work Santi. Breakfast was very well organised & the communal areas in the hotel were very accommodating.

Very clean room!! Prime location and convenient parking access. Very friendly hotel staff. Cafeteria is open to guest across the day for using cups, bowls, and cutleries. Bed was comfortable.

The quilt cover was somehow seperated into upper and lower layers. No idea if that's how it supposed to be?

I liked the location of the hotel - it was within walking distance of many sights, stores, restaurants, and cafes. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I liked having the ability to have 3 people in a room with the 2nd bed. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent - I really appreciated the option of gluten free bread (delicious) and oat milk.

The room was a little small, but worked for us as we spent most of our time exploring the area.

A good central location for exploring Olot. Although central, it was very quiet. The very helpful and cheerful staff made our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was not included, but was 10Euro per person with all you needed. Use of a kitchen area for own food preparation or eating take-aways was an unexpected facility Very modern and clean with an efficient air conditioning system and eco products. Would stay again.

The hotel is an efficiently run place to stay, the breakfast was very good and the staff were always on hand to help. We were pleasantly surprised by the location and felt very welcome, definitely a place we will return to. Some really good places to eat very close.

difficult to get to on market days only accessible by going the wrong way up a one way street. Something which was sorted by a call to the hotel

Although the AC not working properly on the first day, the staffs helped fixing it up as soon as I told them. Muy bien!
