Clean, comfortable apartments opposite the beach. Public areas were very clean and well kept. Close to beach bar and public transport. Buffet breakfast was included, good variety of food on offer to suit all tastes.

Key cards weren't working for the side gates which meant we had a slightly longer walk back as we had to use the hotel entrance. Went to reception three times and key cards were changed each time but still didn't work.

We were not sure how or where to find access to our duplex, so went into the hotel next door. Our immediate contact at reception was a very young man, who could hardly bear to speak to us. His demeanour was haughty and dismissive. He needs to be re-trained. However, the female receptionist who we eventually dealt with, was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The whole complex, hotel and apartments were spotless and well maintained.

No negatives, had a problem with our safe which was resolved within hours of reporting it.

For breakfast was luck of green : salads/ veggies. Small selection of the fruits.

Very nice appartements, comfortable and quite big. We were lucky and got provided with a coffee machine and a dish washer. Beds were not very comfortable but ok. Enough power outlets. They clean your rooms everyday. Great sea view, lots of pools, very clean, the beach is located in front of the Plaza, great activities for the kids.

They had shows scheduled every night and although our daughter (8 years old) quite enjoyed some of them, they went on for too long - most of them ended at midnight and were quite loud. So, if you wish to go to sleep before midnight, it‘s almost impossible without Ohropax stuffed in your ears. You get a card to pass the door to the beach, but sometimes, when we came back, it suddenly did not work and the door refused to open. You also have to reserve sunbeds online. That was too much hassle for us, so we decided to buy an umbrella and a big beach towel at the supermarket next to the Plaza. We had breakfast included and the whole process was quite cumbersome, unfortunately. You have to choose between short time slots which - for our taste - were either too early (8:30 - 9:00) or too late (10:30-11:00). Although it still was ok to come around 10:00, you often had to wait in line. The staff at the breakfast room was quite hectic and not particulary friendly. The choice was ok, but there were no bowls for yoghurt (we used a glass), no small cups for marmalade, honey or nutella, there was almost no variation from day to day. Also, we missed a proper selection of different fruits. All in all it wasn‘t a relaxing or friendly experience. For the price, we expected a little more. The entertainers at the ressort were nice, friendly and did a great job - especially with the kids. We come from Austria and as noone spoke german or english, our daughter couldn‘t participate in some of the fun activites. Some other staff members from the reception were not very comitted and didn‘t even ask us if we enjoyed our stay at the end. Also, the beautiful oldtown with the castle on top is quite far away. We had to walk over an hour to get there. You will find a doto train going around but we never catched it on time and they did not operate after midnight.

The options at the breakfast and dinner menu was really nice, room was clean and view from the balcony was nice.

Had issues with the original room we was supposed to be staying in and no contact until 24hrs before. was moved to a suite to accommodate the stay which was nice but a breakdown in communication was frustrating.
