The hotel itself is quite good, clean, comfortable bed, rich breakfast (but little bit expensive - 13 euro per person). Has a pool, small one but clean. U can park for free near the hotel, not sure if it's safe. We where lucky)

The location was suprisingly disappointing. The nearest beach is about 2 km, you'd better take a car, cause its kind of industrial area near the port with logistic centers and storage buildings around. It takes about half an hour to get to Valencia by car.

The staff at the reception. Even if I was annoyed with the cleaning manager who was extremely loud in the corridor in the morning. All the rest of the staff was very professional and very nice and welcoming which made us feel very comfortable and we appreciated the perfect service

The restaurant was closed on the weekend

Clean, all the facilities in the room. Excellent breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. As I warned them in advance that I would come with my bike and needed a secure place to keep it overnight, they very kindly found a place inside the building for it

The area around the hotel is an industrial zone. They don't seem to provide any food apart from breakfast in the morning), just drinks. I arrived around 3.30pm and I was starving hut they didn't have even snacks to offer.

The best hotel that I've stayed in in many years. We liked everything. A comfy quiet room, amazing bed, great shower, and only a small walk from the amenities. Good value for money. Briliant! I've no idea why it doesn't have a better score than an average of 8.6.

Lovely hotel, very clean and well presented, the staff were very helpful as well.

There's no local shops or places to go to grab bottles of water or bits for the room. It's also a good walk to the beach and strip

Professional, efficient and friendly front desk staff. Made sure my bicycle was made safe and secure overnight. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Great shower. Everything worked exactly as it was meant. Really no issues at all with this place.

This big modern hotel is located in the middle of an industrial estate which some people may have issues with but for me it was absolutely fine. It’s not too long a walk to the beach and to the bars and restaurants. Glass wash hand basin which I personally don’t like.

Rooms were comfy and nice. Minibar with basic stuff. Breakfast was very nice.

Nothing open at the hotel when we arrived the hotel bar was closed and nothing else to get drinks, snack or food from. The lobbyist gave us some ice cubes from the bar thou.

A warm welcome from the reception. Easy booking into the room.

After a long journey it would have been nice to have had an evening meal in the restaurant but all we had was a menu for room service. It would have been good if we also had tea/coffee facilities in the room.
