Nice decor, good use of space with 2 toilets, 2 showers and a lovely 'getting ready' area which my daughter particularly appreciated, perfect for a group booking. Charming staff and well appointed for local restaurants etc... good communication prior to visit. Very good value for money I thought.

Was a little unsure about when room would be cleaned as no Do not disturb/ready for cleaning sign, so a little hit and miss here, but that was probably partly due to our unpredictable movements and something that could be ironed out easily. Could possibly get a bit noisy in full season, however that's the price you pay for very central location. We didn't use sofa beds, not sure how comfortable they would have been, but those are my only comments as I think this is a really good little find! ,

The reception was very friendly. The English was perfect since the woman behind the desk originally came from Great Britain. She went through great lengths to make us comfortable. Because our flight cancellation we needed to stay in Ibiza for a few more days and our first night here came as a relief since it was difficult enough to get a room when so many flights got canceled. Very friendly!

Because this was an emergency situation we were crammed in one room with 6 people so we had to use the sofa's and the bedbank. The bedbank is just not very good to sleep on, but the circumstances just didn't allow for more. Also the reception was overcrowded but with all the cancelled flight that day there was nothing more we could expect.

It was very nice hotel, the lady at check in was extremely polite and recommended us some great places to eat. The apartment is about 10min walk to Cafe Mambo and very close to the supermarket. There is a big car park in front (but sometimes it was too busy for us to find a space).

It would be nice if there was somewhere to hang wet clothes and we also needed an iron, but didn’t find any. We could hear people singing and music throughout the vents, so it was quite noisy. The breakfast was €12 so we went across the street in a cafe where the coffee was €1.70 so that was great! The sofa beds were very hard to sleep on, but I guess we didn’t expect much comfort from sofa beds 😅

Location absolutely great . Quite for families 100m walk to fantastic bar Zebra amazing stake house . Close to best spot for sunset . Not far from Center 10 mins walk

We did not like the fact we was making sure swimming pool is open that’s why we book this apartments . Swimming was closed and it was no other option and kids was left disappointed ( for some maybe question it was April ) but for us was no matter as water was ok in swimming pool was just not clean and ready for swimming.

1 bedroom apartment was really spacious and well equipped. The air con was included too. Great location, pool area is lovely and very chilled for being in San Antonio. They have a luggage room and nice shower room which you can use after you've checked out. Check out is 11am but we were able to extend ours at 12euro per hour.

The balcony view wasn't great as it just looked straight onto another block of apartments and balconies, but you are a 1 minute walk from the sunset strip so it wasn't a huge issue for me, but it might be if you wanted to sit out there as not much privacy.

Swimming pool was perfect for our small son. The area is busy full of youmg people and party goers. Good vibes. Parking right at the hotel is tricky since it is almost always full, but there is free parking nearby. The whole staff is very attentive and kind, one feels welcomed. There is a convenience store right in the ground floor with everything needed and is open until midnight.

Flats are not sound proofed. We got a flat near the elevator on the middle of the corridor and it was very noisy. Also it was noisy from upstairs. So if you are a light sleeper pack your earplugs.

The stuff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clearly renovated with the new electric appliances, so when we arrived there was a few things which didn't work, e.g. water heater and A/C. The stuff came in immediately for fixing it, they were very helpful and respectful. In the end in half an hour all was set up and worked perfectly! Everyone in the hotel including receptionists, waiters, cleaning stuff was always smiling and able to attend any need.

the parking next to the hotel can get full fast in season and there is no way to reserve parking lot together with the room. We had to park outside on the streets for a few days. Luckily there was a big free parking not that far away from the hotel.

Super clean. Relaxing vibe. Attentive staff. Comfy bed & pillows. Well equipped apartment. Excellent location - close to buzz but no loud noise after 10 in hotel /good sleep. Amazing breakfast . Good shop attached to hotel for plenty refreshment choice) ( Prosecco) Snacks etc - helps having good sized fridge with freezer in room and cooking facilities. Loved it - we will be back.

one small thing to point out is that guests need to tilt shower head angled more to wall to prevent flooding as it’s a shallow shower base. But easily sorted , shower good & clean etc once realised how to avoid. Handy having a hairdryer in bathroom too.

very clean, spacious apartment with a nice balcony. although, a bit old dated, we had everything we needed. staff is incredibly nice and helpful. the location is brilliant, close to the beach and offers sunsets to die for. supermarkets, bars, restaurants are also within walking distance. there were some works done across the road, but managed to sleep without issues.

i didn’t mind the lack of variety, you could find a bit of everything. however, some produces didn’t seem fresh, like the bacon, croissants or yogurt which started to ferment due to heat.

Apartment was fully equipped for a self catering stay. Staff were always very helpful and friendly. The facilities to leave luggage and use the washroom on our last day was a bonus as we had a late flight. Location was great, very short walk to waterfront and lots of nice beaches nearby. Short walk to bus station and harbour. Taxi rank outside for longer journeys. Lots of cafes nearby and restaurants a short walk. Pool quiet most of the time, with nice bar. Honestly exceeded our expectations, thank you!
