Location is perfect, right by the marina and close to bars, restaurants and the beach. You can get to everything very easily. Good size room, has everything you could need - fridge, microwave kettle etc. good bathroom and shower, comfy bed. Good pool area with plenty of beds to chill. Balcony overlooked the harbour which was lovely. A bit noisy given the location so bring earplugs if you want to sleep.

The pool was just too cold and isn’t heated. I went in it twice and other than that just dipped my legs in. Really not much else I can think of, for less than £100 a night it was really, really great value and I would stay again.

Well located hotel, very helpful staff. Lucie from the reception very friendly and smiling. We recommend this hotel with a clear conscience. I think we will be back here soon :)

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Had a few issues on the first night like aircon not working but they fixed it straight away the next day. Left me a birthday present and a cute little message when I didn’t even tell them it was my birthday! The pool had lovely views and so did the view from our balcony and the hotel in general was just in the perfect location

Noise from the cleaners but it’s to be expected in hotels, so there really wasn’t much to complain about

Amazing staff, super friendly, the ladies at the reception really made our life easier and thus made our entire our stay much comfortable. The property is very clean, towels got changed every day, we had a fridge, a balcony with sea view and pool view, with a table and two chairs, perfect for a brunch when it’s not too hot outside. Otherwise you can also use the table indoor. The elevator also very clean and fully functional. The beds are super comfortable, you don’t hear a lot of noise from outside and it’s pretty dark in the room. The receptionist offered a luggage storage area and fresh towels so that we can enjoy the pool for a few more hours before leaving to the airport. This made our last day very pleasant and stress-free. They were always there for questions of any kind. What I also liked is that the area is very nice, not too crazy, it’s close to the bus station and the port. I really enjoyed the stay.

I think it would be good to get some instructions on how to open and close the door, it took us some time to figure it out but of course, with the help if the wonderful receptionist, it got easier to understand.

Very good location - in 10 minutes walk from Cafe del Mar, cafe Mambo, central bus station. The room was big enough with a small kitchen area. Soundproofing could have been better. But we solved the problem with earplugs. Everything else was very good.

Soundproofing could have been better. You could hear the neighbors and the street noise, so the hotel staff could advise on the need for earplugs.

The first and foremost thing about the hotel was: YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF! <3 From the moment we walked in, we felt absolutely welcome and safe and it was like: whatever we would need, we can ask about it and the amazing receptionist/s would do anything to help, assist or troubleshoot. Working in hospitality for 30 years, this is one of the most vital assets of a hotel / reception employee. The fact the we felt safe and free to ask additional questions or ask for favours without making us feel as if we are a burden, made all the difference! We were especially looked after by Lucia, Elisabeth and Claudia during our stay and all 3 were simply exceptional and outstanding in their friendliness, professionalism and care! Adrian / your treasure in the maintenance department was standing by as well when we arrived and always seemed ‘hands on’ on any task, super friendly and was working so hard whenever we saw him. As our 1. flight had been cancelled, we lost one night in the hotel, so lovely Lucia gave us a bottle of prosecco as recompense, with lovely salted almonds and sweet Elisabeth added 2 yummy bars of Ibiza-Speciality–Chocolate which again, was such a kind gesture and made us forget the lost night instantly. Also, all in all, the room was equipped with all we needed, was spacious and cosy and our favour was the roof pool! We absolutely loooooooved it and every minute of our stay – we did NOT want to leave and will hopefully be back some day! Lastly, I personally also absolutely loved VIBRA HOTEL‘S motto ‚good vibes only‘ as this truly was what all your staff radiated and it is also one of my life mottos. So THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING OUR FIRST STAY IN IBIZA SOOO SUPER SPECIAL – YOU ABSOLUTELY ROCK! <3

I would not say we didn’t like it but it was a bit sad that there were no facilities of a cafe or bar where we could have sat down to have a snack, ice cream or drink/coffee (or just a few chairs and tables in front of the hotel entrance) BUT we understand that that‘s the set up of the hotel chain.

Friendly staff to check me in. Lucia pointed me in the right direction to freshen up for a swim and best restaurants for my dietary requirements. She even check with the other staff I think Claudia was her name. They accommodated me well in English, even lent me a fan for the room WiFi was surprisingly good too. Aircon was good to keep it good although the sea breeze blew threw at night....I'm not a fan of AC at night which was very hand. Loved the shower windows view to the bay

Lift was quite small, but I used the stairs all the time to burn off the food
