The room was large and very comfortable. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The atmosphere in the bar was welcoming. The location was very convenient and ample parking with easy access very helpful with 2 dogs!

Sadly the walk into the rural area was blocked by road works constructing a new bridge. It is in a semi industrial area however there is a nice garden and quiet lane behind the hotel.

We like the location only 20 minutes from Santander. A hotel visited by plenty of locals giving the bar a great atmosphere. Shame access to a river walk is currently out of use.

It was a cool evening and we expected the heating in the room to come on...but it didn't. This didn't spoil our stay but perhaps should be noted for stays at this time of year.( November )

Whilst Viveda is somewhat industrial the Hotel is in a pleasant residential area with easy access to a riverside walk...excellent for dog walkers ! As well as a restaurant the bar area is also pleasant and spacious.Great to see many locals enjoying themselves.

Normally the bar area provides food but on this occasion only limited snacks were available. However even they were quite substantial...and good value.

This is a very nice, well appointed hotel, with a good restaurant and more casual cafeteria.

Not close to shops except a Chinese bazaar that did have a small food section with cold drinks and snacks.

Easy to find and ideal for getting to ferry. we were able to park egg inside the hotel. Helpful and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed and lovely powerful shower. Really liked the bar with lots of friendly locals. We also enjoyed a good value 3 course meal in the restaurant.

the cafe/bar was occupied by locals smoking and playing cards etc. nothing wrong with that of course but it would have been nice to have places where you could sit quietly.

Liked the bar, where lots of locals were playing board games. Restaurant was very good. Waiter was helpful. Food was excellent.

Room was too hot, even though the radiators were not on.

Located along the Camino del Norte. Busy hotel with a bar and restaurant. Food was good and affordable. Room was comfortable. Strong, hot shower. Netflix available on TV. Comfortable bed.

Close to the camino del norte. We had cold beers in the cafe after our walk in the afternoon, and an excellent dinner at their restaurant in the evening.

The rooms were very comfortable. Value for money is excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect for the ferry.
