Bed very comfy and room was spacious with big bathroom and stunning views (We were staying in a double room with terrace) Staff were very helpful.Location was excellent for our short visit of Segovia.Parking was easily accessible from the hotel.

Buffet breakfast could offer more options and we found that the scrambled eggs were tasteless. You have to pay 15 eur for the parking!I believe parking should be included in the price for guests who arrive by car.First time we had to pay for parking while staying in a hotel.You could hear a lot of noise,mostly early morning.It wasn't a big problem for us as we were only staying for 9-10 hours,literally to sleep, but I don't think I'd choose this hotel if I was staying for more than 1-2 nights.

We had a wonderful view from the room! The staff were very friendly. It was a very comfortable hotel with an interesting layout. The reception desk is on 4th floor, which is down a few steps from street level. We were on 5th floor which was only one floor up (lift). Breakfast and other bedrooms were below, facing out over the valley. It is a good location not far from the historical centre and other places of interest. About ten minutes walk from bus from the station. The room was spacious, with comfortable twin beds and a small enclosed balcony. We were very pleased with our choice of hotel for exploring Segovia.

Everything about the hotel was great. Pavements in Segovia are best avoided with wheeled suitcases!!

Staff were very welcoming on arrival as we arrived in the early hours of the morning due to our flight being delayed. When we checked into our room we were pleasantly surprised by the size and layout of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and had beautiful shutters overlooking the rolling hills of segovia. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and this was acknowledged by a birthday card. The location of the hotel is perfect walking distance to all sights, plaza and restaurants but tucked away enough to not have any noise.The staff are so friendly, always greeted with a friendly smile and so willing to help. One of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Couldn't adjust room temperature and would of liked to have hot drink facilities in the room or in reception.

On arrival, we received a friendly welcome with great directions to hotel car park and restaurant district. Especially useful maps and recommendations. The room was warm, spacious and with good amenities. We slept well and were delighted with our choice of staying in a converted convent in the heart of the historic walled city with easy access to all the famous sights of Segovia on foot. We would love to return.

We were woken early by nearby church bells and noisy plumbing from other guests using the bathroom. Unfortunate result of poor design during the conversion of ancient building to a hotel. The bathroom was very small and there wasn't a separate shower cubicle.

Modern hotel nicely fit within a historic building, very stylish! Comfortable room, good size as well. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Excellent breakfast. Well located in the old town, easy walking distance to every tourist attraction. Good undercover parking (extra fee), plus they have a drop-off spot in front of the hotel.

Even though there is a lift in the building, there are also some stairs to navigate with the luggage. No tea/coffee/kettle/fridge in the room.

Wonderful location five minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. The room was comfortable and clean. The best part, however, was we had our own terrace with incredible views towards a monastery and the Alcazar. stepped onto the terrace early Sunday morning and was greeted by 11 hot air balloons floating above us. Other than a room on the canals in Venice this has been, without a doubt, the best hotel room we have ever had. The reception staff were particularly pleasant and indulged me in practicing my Spanish. Wifi was not particularly strong but adequate. The buffet breakfast was terrific with a large selection of fresh hot and cold foods. The scrambled eggs were particularly good which is unusual for a buffet. Kudos to the catering staff. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

There was nothing to dislike about this property.

The view over the hills was absolutely lovely and I would definitely choose a similar room again. The room itself and the beds were not especially large but we found them comfortable. The staff were delightful, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the old part of the city near the walls and it is lovely to walk around and only a short distance from the Plaza Mayor.

The decoration in the breakfast area is a little old, but this did not really matter.

Everything was great, so close to the centre of the city with parking which was great. The hotel was very comfortable and the facilities were Brill, lovely room with a gorgeous view and plenty of options available at breakfast. Loads of restaurants and bars for eating in the main square and a lovely city for historic buildings, shops and generally walking around.

The only thing was that the hot food at breakfast needed to be hotter or make a microwave available for the guests.

The staff was amazing. The front desk receptionist went out of her way to find a wine opener for me. They greeted us when we got back every evening and the housekeeping staff were also very kind. They offered to book us a taxi to the train station, but we ended up not needing it. They even called the Hospital down the street to try and arrange Covid testing, but they didn't answer. The Hospital is a 2 minute walk, so we just went in person and got the tests.

The rooms are a bit dated and need some improvements. There are cracks in the walls and space between the wall and the base boards, so small ants were able to get in.

A pleasure place to stay in Segovia. Close to the magnificent Alkazar and to the center of the old town. It has a basement closed parking - which is a must in Segovia since there is no place to park. Breakfast is rich and has a large variety.

There is no flat walk from the street to the elevators/room - you must climb few stairs up or down with you luggeges..
