Great location with easy access to the centre, a shop just opposite and many breakfast and cafe spots within minutes. The hotel was super clean and the bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in. Modern amenities in a beautiful historic building. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Seville!

There is a bar and a supermarket just opposite the hotel and with the windows open it could be a little noisy although this didn’t bother us. The soundproofing with the windows closed is fantastic regardless and there is AC in the room.

The hotel was exactly as described in the previews. Firstly, the location is excellent; in a small street at the north end of the old town, just minutes from Las Setas and the main shopping district. The room was an adequate size, very well served with a safe, internet TV, kettle (with teabags, coffee, etc.), fridge, hairdryer and various other little extras. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was thoroughly cleaned each day. There was a terrace area on the roof (just seating and some sun loungers) as well as some communal areas on the ground floor. There is no cafe on site, but plenty of eating options close by (special mention for the nearby Purita cafe and their top notch 'huevos benedictos'). Also very nearby is El Palacio de las Duenas, the grand house and gardens of the Duke of Alba; a beautiful and tranquil place which is well worth a visit (€13). Overall, I was more than satisfied with the hotel and would not hesitate to book a stay there again.

This is not a complaint, as I was aware of it when I booked, but the interior room obviously lacks natural light. As such, it is a bit drab. However, it's swings and roundabouts and on the whole, the hotel was good value for money.

Lovely interior design, comfortable, well located. Nice terrace on the top floor.

We were on ground floor and you hear a fair amount of noise from people coming in and out.

Our stay at ByPillow was truly wonderful. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the cleanliness of the accommodation was top-notch. The only minor drawback was that the reception didn't inform us about the designated parking area in front of the hotel for loading and unloading, which we only discovered upon departure. Each bed had two pillows, one firmer and one softer, making for an extremely cozy experience. We stayed for two days, and it was absolutely delightful.

There wasn't much to dislike about ByPillow. If I had to mention something, it would be the lack of information from the reception regarding the designated parking area in front of the hotel for guests' loading and unloading. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall excellent experience.

The jacuzzi on the terrace wasn’t on and staff didn’t know how to work it.

Close proximity to all the popular hot spots in Seville, directly behind the Setas de Sevilla. We were upgraded to the superior room on arrival which was nice. Large modern room with plenty of space and a couch/third bed. The hotel also had a rooftop area with a small pool and seating area which was nice to escape the crowds. Directly across from a supermarket for any quick essentials.

The only downside was the noise from diners at the Tapas Bar opposite the hotel at night which was open until midnight. Use earplugs, stay out later or get in enough steps throughout the day to fall asleep.

Great location, stylish hotel and very clean room. The staff were also very friendly. We were originally placed in a room on the ground floor, adjacent to the lift. It was just too noisy as the room also faced out onto the road in front of the hotel (opposite a supermarket). I dont think the room was soundproof and as a result it was too noisy with guests coming and going at all hours, the lift, the reception phone ringing, supermarket deliveries, mopeds outside. We asked the receptionist if there was another room available and on our 3rd night we were moved upstairs to a gorgeous room. Thank you for accommodating our request :)

Only issue was as mentioned above but it was rectified and our stay was very enjoyable.

We have been looking for a hotel for a very long time—old city. The car was parked almost by accident far from the hotel. The hotel manager was amiable. Next to the hotel, next door is a cafe where you can have breakfast, but to be honest, we regretted it. We could have walked a little further and enjoyed a better breakfast. The only thing that surprised us the first time was the format of the family room, it was small, and we couldn’t even find the bed, which was behind the curtain))) but we got new experience).

There is only one conclusion: in order to take a walk in Seville, traveling so far to wander through the streets at night to find a hotel on one night is hardly a good choice.

Our stay in this hotel was amazing. Excellent location, 1 min away from the Metropol Parasol, we practically walked everywhere. All the famous monuments are close by. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a big terrace that could be great for use in the spring or summer time. The room was clean, quiet and comfy. The staff were so nice and helpful. Lockers are available free of charge if you need to keep your luggages for after check ou time. There is also a lounge area with a bathroom that can be used after check out if needed. All in all, great experience, definitely recommend !
