Had requested evening meal in advance but on arrival told no food available that evening- in fact they closed up everything at around 6pm as we went for a walk & came back to find the hotel front entrance door locked & everything closed. So we couldn’t get a drink or a staff member to answer any questions we had. We witness people trying to check in & they had to ring a buzzer at the front door to speak to someone. The swimming pool is actually not on site but at the camp site up the road!!!

This was a stop off on a two week tour and was in the middle of the Pyrenees. It was a little out of season for the area so very few places were open and we ended up eating in the hotel. The food was basic but good and very reasonable (as was the hotel) and the staff were so lovely, very smiley and keen to help. The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Area was a little quiet at this time of year but this wasn't the fault of the hotel :)

Amazing location! I got a room with a river view, everything was clean and comfortable. staff was nice.

the breakfast was pretty simple, not a lot of options. the pool was nice but it is not in the same place, you need to walk for 5 minutes, even though they tried to explain where is it I got lost on the way I recommend putting up a sign or something and let people know that the pool is in another location.

This is a great hotel , right beside the road and river in Sort and was easy to find . Booking in was easy and our room was clean and tidy with a front view overlooking the road and river . We ate in the restaurant , which was popular and also served breakfast in the morning . The food was good and breakfast coffee excellent . There was secure parking for our motorbikes around the back of the hotel and the staff were very helpfull in making sure we found it ok . A great overnight stay .

I stayed here with a group of friends on motorcycles. We stayed there 5 years ago and we came back because we like the hotel so much! For motorcyclists it is perfect and you are welcome. There is secure parking specifically for motorbikes. But for anybody, you can expect a warm welcome, excellent service and good wholesome food! We will be back!

Comfortable beds, quiet room with great view. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Perfect location, especially for a stop while traveling.

Would be nice to have some more vegetables for breakfast. The room was clean, but there was water on the bathroom floor.

Brilliant base for motorcyclists! The roads surrounding Sort are A1!!! Stayed here couple times now, both ‘touring’ and cooking supercorsas on the fab roads😁 Staff are brilliant and welcoming. Garage for the bikes also……although safe enough directly outside the hotel. I’ll be back next year that’s for sure! Gracias/Diolch

The price included breakfast and it was better than I expected! The hotel staff is friendly! And we had a view of the river and mountains from our window — always a good thing

In a room for three, the beds are very close to each other. The bedside table does not fit between them. One of the beds has a not very comfortable shelf. Keep that in mind.

Manager was enormously helpful and likeable. Hotel is quite attractive and the option of secure parking valued as we travelled motor cycle. Room was well sized, bathroom decent and view from window very good. Location is easy to find. Food in evening was very good. Good value for money.

No aircon in room. The ramp to the secure parking was very steep. They insist on ordering food before you sit down to eat, which was ok, but a little odd.

Hotel was not right in centre so a quiet location. Easy walking to centre along river promenade. We had a river view. Air conditioning a real bonus due to heatwave. Staff tried hard with their English. So endearing. Big bonus. Use of swimming pool at nearby walking distance campsite. Really great stay.
