Well appointed property with spacious lobby and gardens

My only quibble is the €30 dog surcharge which is not specified within the booking.com app. This is double the average I pay at similar 4 star properties in Spain and frankly, unjustified at that level.

The breakfast buffet is complete and has a decent selection of cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruits, yoghurts etc. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very dog friendly and they even have dog beds, bowls etc. in the rooms upon request. The food menu at the restaurant is simple but executed very well. All the dishes we had were very tasty. The golf course and academy are incredible! Make sure to book a lesson with Jordi, you will not regret it. Tip: get a room with view over the golf course and pool. Waking up to that view is really worth the investment!

Though the rooms and communal spaces have been renovated very nicely, the bathrooms have not, and it shows. They are a little old-fashioned and underwhelming. The wifi in the rooms is really slow and unstable, and the 4/5G connection is not so strong, so connection to the internet is challenging.

Everything was quite nice & elegant. We really liked the property, the breakfast, the restaurant, the views, the calmness & cleanliness. Also to be able to shoot some golf balls with our kids, a huge plus. Definite 10.

A couple of things that can make this hotel even more appealing. First, the smell of perfume all over the hotel including the rooms, it is quite strong; you could not be anywhere in the hotel to escape from that strong smell. Second, a few more amenities in the room will make it even more appealing even if they charge you more for it, such as water, it was only provided the first night & not the second night. & more amenities in the bathroom.

It’s a very tranquil location. The room is a good size with a nice terrace.

The pool is freezing!! The gym doesn’t have good air circulation. It could use a fan. They should tell you how to get the shower to work when you check in. The restaurant at the golf club is mediocre and doesn’t serve anything but beverages between lunch and dinner at 8pm. We wanted food at 6pm.

The size of the room was perfect. It was very spacious and extremely well lit. The view from the room was out of this world. This is a place I would definitely would want to go back to when I go back to Pals and the region.

What could have been better is if you had more good restaurants on the facility. Makes guests want to stay in instead of driving on the dark roads leading up to the resort.

No restaurant in hotel although golf club bar served a variety of food and it was literally next door. Spa closed for refurbishment and no notification prior to stay.

Good design, cozy environment and very nice local details in the hotel, great friendly staff, great views, working fireplaces indoors!

1. SPA is on maintenance now unfortunately. It was not mentioned anywhere. 2. Very typical practice for all Spain: we got king-size double bed but it was with two separate mattresses. With my husband we had to sleep using one side of the bed only because it was painful to sleep in the middle, between two edges of mattresses. Whole country should review its approach to conjugal bed)

from the room was very good & nice view, breakfast was normal, not different of another's hotel.

have dinner at the hotel, they take too long until you order, the food come not good & the services is also not good, two waiters for teen tables, try two times & the experience was the same. They do not know the attractions that are near the place and the map that they give you is missing parts, for example restaurants, shopping businesses, etc.

The hotel has amazing views over the golf courses. There is plenty of opportunities to go for a walk around the hotel, and the hotel is pet friendly in case you want to bring your pooch. They even had a dog bed installed for us, which was a great gesture! The balcony is nice to chill day and night. The employees at the bar were very friendly.

The table on the balcony is made of tempered glass that apparently (by mistake) wasn't fixed to the base, and fell over. Luckily it didn't break, but the glass on it did. I went down to ask for cleaning tools, and the reception guy wasn't able to provide me with a broom "because the cleaning stuff is closed". He said he would send maintenance - never came. We went to sleep, and next morning we had to ask TWICE again to get the shattered glass on our balcony cleaned up... I can't understand how a hotel of this level does not have a broom available, what if we would have broken the glass in the room? Or in any public space of the hotel?

Excellent hotel with terrific staff. Location is great when driving north from southern Spain- pet friendly (including a good walking area close by) and a paradise for golfers, super breakfast, good size balconies and communal areas

The only thing I would suggest would be to make the restaurant less of a golfers restaurant and more chef led
