Very good sized room and beds. Ample storage and good bathroom facilities. Lifts easy and never hard to get. Great breakfast - could have stayed there all day. Staff extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. We have stayed at the Corona many times before - every time we see new renovations and ideas and always the staff are warm, helpful and welcoming. God willing, we will return.

Can't think of anything other than warmer water in the pool!

It was a very relaxing stay, room was very clean, spacious, air conditioning was pleasant, breakfast was delicious (I particularly loved the coffee). Everything was luxurious and we always enjoyed returning to the hotel after a busy, warm day.

I noticed that some towels were older than others due to over-wash, they were poor in towel fibers. Suggestion: maybe it would be a good idea to provide slippers in the room.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel with good dinner and breakfast. The reception area was well decorated, making me feel good.

I had tenderloin beef steak for my dinner at the hotel restaurant, but the steak was not really tender even though it was delicious.

Very very disappointed that our little dog who has accompanied us to this hotel many times previously and is very well travelled and behaved had to sleep in the car due to a change in the hotels policy towards pet stay. Sadly this means that we probably won’t be staying in this hotel or Tortosa again on our regular trips between Spain and France.

The room we had had over the bath shower needs walk in shower I have reduced mobility found it difficult to get in

We stayed here for a week and loved every minute of our stay. The fact it’s not in the heart of the city suited us as we like walking and had the choice of walking to the city or to to the next village Rocquetes. The pool was fabulous and staff were very helpful. It’s near the green way too so ideal for cyclists. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Tortosa so enjoyable

We love this hotel. The staff are always pleasant, friendly and helpful and make us feel like we are home. Parking is great. Location is close enough to main shopping area but also far enough away. Rooms are good size and very clean.

Everything. The room was good the hotel restaurant was pretty good. Got to say that the hotel location was abot confusing at the beginning but we realised that the location is actually great.

Not enough parking slots

Super location for a stay over, we stayed one night and had dinner at the restaurant next door to the hotel. Great selection of beers and quite a good price for decent enough food

The room we were in was a bit noisy, you could hear our neighbors talk, but maybe the were just very loud. The place is extremely clean, which is good, but there was a chloride smell when we got in the room. After ventilating for a bit, it was gone.
