Really cosy bar and balcony with a great view. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The shower in our bathroom was semi-broken. Our room was hard to ventilate. Breakfast was a bit limited to my taste but it was good.

Clean, friendly staff

We booked on booking.com very last minute. We get there and surprise - reception is closed and no sign of our booking. We called the hotel staff and initially the lady started laughing saying that they had closed the reception and they hadnt received our booking. I insisted and told her that it was not our problem and finally someone came to let us in. Not th ebest first experience. Afterwards, they tried to be helpful.

Nice location at the lake. Walking distance to downtown shopping area and supermarket. Super nice staff ! Breakfast was good and fresh. Overall OK for one night but the rate was quite high.

I saw the oldest bathtub i have ever seen in a superior room. Made of metal and standing on own feet on top of the shower floor. coffee machine in the room doesn‘t make it superior if milk is and spoon is missing. No balcony and windows directly to the pool.

the receptionist couldn't recommend a swimming spot anywhere close by apart from by the petrol station which wasn't a swimming area, it was for boats to dock only. the bar person charged me for two cocktails when I had two beers with sprite in it, this is called a shandy, it is not a cocktail. When I paid my bill I noticed I was charged for two cocktails, his explanation for charging me cocktail price for the two drinks was that the hotel had to make money on the drink somehow. This is unacceptable response. we came for breakfast at 9.20am and a lot of items were finished and they were not being refilled so we had to ask for items to be refilled. Breakfast finishes at 10am The rooms were clean but very out dated, the pillows were old and uncomfortable. AC was missing. there was no bedside table on the bed closest to the wall. the view over the lake was lovely but the music played by the pool was too loud and disturbed us in our room I could hear the person in the next room snoring Most of the staff were friendly, they were just very inexperienced. I checked in on 20 july and checked out 22 july. me and a friend shared the cost of the room so paid 1495 kr each on 22 july when we checked out. I have unfortunately also been charged 2990 kr on 20 july. I need to now request and ensure I receive a refund.
