I liked the staff, even though the staff was training another new member of staff. It took a little more time than expected beforehand, but they were both nice, helpful and a little bit witty. I also enjoyed staying in the hotel during the night because it was really quiet, had the necessary things like a tv, place to store your stuff and your own, clean, bathroom. The visit was nice :)

The town is rather sleepy and so when we got back to the hotel after the concert we were at everything was closed. No bar open and not a whole lot of choices to get food or drinks. But that has got nothing to do with the hotel really, just the location of it!

the location was perfect, the train station is across the street. its in the middle of the city. its very good bed, good room, plenty of towels. If you have to leave early, they can prepare breakfast ahead, depending on when you leave.

the TV didn’t have netflix / the ability to stream your phone. Not a big issue. There were some glasses upstairs in the common lounge area still from the night before, it took a while before they got cleaned.

Amazing breakfast-buffet that left nothing to wish for. Plenty of space although the hotel was quite fully booked. Friendly and helpful sfaff. Some of the rooms might do with a little refurnishing, but everything was spotlessly clean and neat. Small gym was also available as there are not many other sport-facilities or running-routes in the area. The hotel looks quite unimpressive from the outside but is certainly a surprise when you enter 😊

Very friendly staff. The bonus was a live concert in the bar. Very good dinner, although limited variety. We were two adults and two kids (13, 8) and the room fitted us well. Very close to the bus stop if you want to travel to Rome (but limited runs), and afterword quite close to a big shopping centre with restaurants, IKEA, etc.

We were lacking hummus or more warm vegan dishes for breakfast. The room was too hot and it wasn't possible to turn the heat down. The number of cups in the room didn't match the number of guests.

Convenient location right outside the train station and right next to the centre. Great for us as we took the bus to explore the nature areas during the day. Room was clean, shower pressure and temperature was great, and the broken dreams restaurant had friendly staff and a great environment.

The bathroom was really lovely. Despite the rest of the room being slightly dated it was comfortable and welcoming. Also very close to train and bus service as well as the town’s Kupolen - shopping centre Also staff extremely helpful and welcoming.

I had to leave before breakfast was served. Automatically received a prepared breakfast menu packed to go, which was a nice surprise and made the 3 hour train ride more enjoyable.

Even though single room, the room was quite small. But for one night okay.

The hotel is located a few hundred metres from the station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, good size, quiet and confy beds. We asked to make a late checkout because our train was scheduled for the early afternoon and that was no problem at all. Really good service! And a fantastic breakfast...

The fruit salad for breakfast was defrosted which is fair enough but with a strong bad "freezer" taste... Couldn't eat it...

The breakfast was nice. New renovated bathroom. Decent bed.

No sockets easily available in the room. Had to crawl under the table or look behind the sofa chair. No fan in the bathroom made it very moist after shower.

The location is excellent for train travellers like us. Room is comfortable and breakfast is alright

Our room situated on ground floor and is overlooking by other residents who sat in the garden. Quality of food could improve a bit more
