Rooms were quite nice, very clean and quiet. Amazing breakfast!

There were some renovations going on in the hotel,, although it didn't bother us too much. On the opposite side of the street where the hotel is there is a large (multiple levels) construction going on. It was a bit annoying not to be able to have the curtains open without giving construction workers a full view inside our room. It's not a huge deal for us as we were out most of the time, but if you plan on spending a lot of time in your room; you should ask to be placed on the other side of the hotel

Location was excellent and there was affordable parking just behind the hotel. The guy in the reception was really friendly and helpful - great service.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast selection was really good We also visited the SPA, that consisted of a smaller pool and two small cold baths (bathtubs) - they advertised it as they had ‘three pools’, but that was not the correct picture. I would not say it was value for the extra money spent, but we spent 1h there with the kids.

Great breakfast, handy location. Easy and cheap to park in the public car park opposite the hotel. Good sized family room. Good TV for chromecasting Netflix, etc. Decent-sized mini-fridge in room. The room was quiet despite people clunking around with skis and ski boots in the corridors. 10 minute drive from the ski slopes. A good and more flexible solution than renting accommodation right near the slopes. I appreciated the option to cancel the booking on the same day (fortunately I didn't have to though).

The room was uncomfortably hot (even though we turned the thermostat down as far as it would go). For some reason the chambermaid only made up half the double bed. More people are needed on the front desk to check people in when several families turn up at once. The fish & chips in the hotel restaurant (evening meal) was pretty tasteless and very greasy.

Staff were very friendly and breakfast was the best one I had in a long time due to their vegan/gluten free/diary free choices. The children game/TV room is a great addition

Not much, our room wasn't cleaned for 2 days but when we mentioned it in the reception on the 2nd day they immediately sort it out. There is no lounge room for the guests only the pub restaurant to hang out

In the heart of the city. Near the train station. Tons of paid parking available. Clean rooms and decent breakfast. The gym is the best in the city in regards to hotel gyms. Nice spa area. I didn’t use the spa due to short stay but plan to return and use the spa.

Maybe it’s just me, the eggs in the morning seem to be under cooked.

Breakfast is amazing. cookies,fruit and coffee always available in the lobby. very very attentive personnel . Breakfast time is very generous till 11:30. very good quality for food and wide selection. good location middle of city centre and close to Rome for ski.

No kettle in the room. No electronic charger for cars close by .

The personel was very nice! They were very welcoming as soon as we came and made it special for the kids to get some godiebag when we arrive. It was also very sweet for them to write us a card waiting in our room plus free drinks for the kids from the bar. Nothing to complain and highly recommended!

The girls in the reception were really helpful and kind! The breakfast was good, but a bit unorganised. It was just as we expected for a weekend trip.

The noise in front of the hotel because of the construction site. Everything else was fine.

the checking in was really smooth. the staff was really friendly and there was cake you could eat while you waited. the breakfast was vast and fresh. the bathroom and the toilet were clean and the bed was comfy and clean.

Breakfast buffet was excellent; despite the hotel being very busy there was still space.

Unfortunately there is currently a building site opposite the hotel so both view and accompanying activity / noise detracts a little!
