Great location, very helpful staff.No breakfast included but a fully equipped kitchen on the same floor. Charming old hotel.

A little touchup is needed, also no regular TV channels.

A good and clean hotel, with personality, right in the city center. The bar downstairs offers really good concerts. Nice Samsung smart TV in the room.

Kind of overpriced for what it is. No soap in the bathroom.

Over all good facility as per its price. We stay al a family and found comfort, secure and clean. Good staff, received us nicely at reception.

Comfortable beds, central location and good communication prior to arrival.

The drain in the shower and bathroom sinks smelt really bad and the smell spread into the room to an extent. It was difficult to understand why the problem hadn’t been taken care of.

Great location right in the center of Borlange - a message after booking gives extra info to find it easily. Big kitchen space, clean practical rooms. Room linen is provided. The hotel helped me leave my luggage before check-in time.

Check-in is announced at 13h on booking, I informes of à check-in at 14h (accepted) but it's actually at 16h - with entry codes sent by SmS at that time (which I had to claim). When I left my luggage before check-in at 15h, vacuum was not yet done. The kitchen has no soap - for the sink or the dishwasher. There is filter coffee but no filters and no machine. It's been the most expensive hotel so far (I am a budget traveller) and I only saw the cleaning lady during her working hours - for everything else I had to call 4 times from my foreign phone. Some human presence would be appreciated - yet again, the manager has 2 hotels to run

Travelled with two teenagers so appreciated the large family room (two adjoining, so we had plenty of space), also the toilet and shower room were separate, hence with two sinks. The communal kitchen was handy with a fridge, freezer, microwave and kettle (no cooker). We had a cool box in our room and could thus refreeze the ice blocks and keep drinks cool throughout our stay. Comfy beds. Cleaning standard upon arrival ok.

The whole place had a 1980s "youth hostel vibe" to it. Very worn and jaded and in dire need of an upgrade. Malodorous toilet and bathroom. Lots of items broken that could be easily fixed (shower head fitting, hooks in the bathroom, spraying taps, hooks holding up shower curtain...). It's on a pedestrian street so inconvenient for unloading stuff out of the car into the hotel. Uninsulated and very thin walls and hence noisy, you can hear everything going on in the corridor all night. Unserviced rooms during stay so if you're staying more than one night bring your own bin bags. The bin in the kitchen was not emptied at all throughout our stay, and was overflowing. In light of the poor room standard (particularly the bathroom) I found the hotel to be somewhat overpriced.

There was no breakfast. No coffee in the room. No coffee in the common areas.

The place was unmanned and the directions given were clearly wrong - which led to a fair amount of confusion.

Security did not work, all entrances to the unsupervised building were unlocked, the lift from the street level to hotel floors unlocked etc. Window were broken and could not be closed (or opened).
