- Wonderful breakfast buffet!! Everything was delicious. We also ordered breakfast bags for the day of our departure because we had an early flight. I even made a special request to have only fruit in one of the two breakfast bags and they obliged. :-) - Small unisex sauna on the top floor open daily from 4pm - 10pm. We used it several times and it was great. - The free coffee and tea in the lobby. This actually made a huge difference for us as between the two of us we drink loads of tea and coffee each day, so it meant we saved a lot of money over three days not constantly having to go to cafés. - Helpful staff and 24/7 reception. The atmosphere in the lobby was nice with dim lighting and tea lights. - Really comfy and large double bed (firm base and soft top mattress), plus the curtains were proper blackout curtains so we slept really well. - Lovely clean fluffy towels.

Nothing really, the only thing I can think of is that the bedding could have been a bit fresher. I don't doubt the bed linen itself was clean, but the actual duvet and pillows inside seemed to have not been washed between stays and were getting old. So I think these need to be washed or replaced to make the bedding feel and smell really fresh.

The location is good, very close to the train station and if you come from the airport, it's an 8min walk from the bus station. In general, it's a small town so you can almost reach everywhere with your feet. The room we booked was not so big but it's cosy and comfortable. I arrived on Friday so I could work in the daytime in the room. The hotel staffs are nice and the breakfast is great. There is a gym and sauna room on the top floor. Be careful because the sauna room is unisex.

There is no sleeper and toothpaste provided in the room so you need to prepare them. Maybe you can ask the staff and get them but I was too lazy to ask.

We loved this hotel - really comfortable, clean & spacious room, very close to the station (we had arrived by train) & good location for exploring the town. Friendly & helpful staff and a great buffet breakfast. Hot drinks machine in the foyer too with plenty of comfortable chairs / sofas to relax in. We had a lovely couple of days exploring the area - it was easy to take a bus to the UNESCO old town- & would like to go back & stay here again. The hotel also has a sauna and small gym.

Staff were fantastic! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and always had time for us. Breakfast is amazing The cabins are better than we could have imagined. So cosy. Fire place is a great little feature. So many Husky dogs! 😁 Lovely setting. Hope I can come back in winter! Thank you!

Everything was excellent

The hotel and our room were even better than the pictures, we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was also very good and they had delicious and budget-friendly dinner option. Indoor parking was very handy since it was so cold outside during our stay. We saw the northern lights first time there, good luck all other seekers :)

Very exotic fruit and meat at the breakfast to fullfil the sustainability goals of the hostel outlined in a booklet in the room. Some more regional products would be nice.

Check-in and any other process was extremely smooth. The cleaning of the room was greatly efficient. Position is really close to the train station, very good and well served for people travelling by train

Breakfast was obviously ok but could have been better. A number of continental choices but average quality. Position requires you to do a bit of walking to get to the city hotspots, nothing too far anyway...

Perfect location just a few hundred meters from the railway station. Small but ok room. Nice and comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Local newspapers available in breakfast room

The staff we lovely and helped me store my bag after check out so I could look around luleå also bed was nice

The fact they tried to put me in a twin room twice then 3rd time lucky the girl on reception said she was new fair enough but after a train ride of 7 hours from narvik to luleå I just wanted what I paid for

Clean rooms, better breakfast than I expected compared to the price, good sauna, very good storage space in the room, coffee/tea at the reception, + to have pancakes for the breakfast even though they were not home-made

The scrambled eggs were not seasoned, very bland. Otherwise, nothing I can think of during our 2-day stay.
