The room was great, a big screen to watch anything on before we went to sleep. A small fridge to keep our drinks cool and a very luxurious bathroom. The shower had a very big showerhead so it feels like you are showering in the rain.

The bed wasn't great, the mattress was made out of foam, which means you sank into the mattress which created a pit. It had one big sheet for the whole bed, but it was not big enough to fit the whole bed. For me and my girlfriend it felt uncomfortable and it made it hard for us to sleep. Maybe for some it's great, but for us it wasn't.

A nice house from exterior. Location is good, still the main part of city. Rooms were equipped with everything I expect, even that one in basement. Bed was comfy. I would say, I didn't expected such good quality for such low price to my view.

Well, stairs are high, especially to basement. Parking looks very limited and is extra paid.

A beautiful house converted into a small hotel in a good and quiet location.they provide parking in the courtyard. It’s located a short walk away from the city centre. The room was comfortable and clean. Wi-Fi was good. Very friendly lady greeted us and explained everything. Breakfast was also good.

Upgraded room based on the description that the better room has a fireplace…..it turned out that I have paid extra for a fireplace that doesn’t work and has a light in it….disappointed..

Excellent buffet breakfast with full and plentiful choice from cereal, fruit, cooked, cold meats and cheese, breads and full choice of hot drinks. Pleasant refectory style room with views, comfy seats and background music.

Bedroom was bright, modern and clean (seemingly renovated not long ago). Very comfortable. Breakfast included a good selection of food and drinks. Parking was easy.

The end of check-in time is rather early and if you're not there before then, you need to phone for a code to get into the hotel to pick up your key.

I booked this hotel while driving from Lulea to Malmo.....by chance. The owner is wonderful. The bed!!!!! The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have slept in in a long long time! The place was not only as clean as a whistle, but the products and decor were wonderful, as was breakfast and the hospitality.

The fan in the room was too small. We stayed 2 nights so I bought a bigger one for the second night. Not the hotel's fault we had a heat wave, but a bigger fan would have been appreciated. Breakfast was a bit limited but good all the same.

coul already park at 11 o'clock after arriving in Norrköping. Parking in front of the hotel for my car nice and quiet room clean and god equiped bathroom with shower and lavabo It would be a ggor choice for an other time

Great value for money with a personal touch! The facilities were really up to date (great room, lovely bed, good internet, nice bathroom). We had a lovely breakfast outside on the patio. The host (Felicia) was very friendly and really helpful. If I ever stay over in Norrköping again I will definitely stay at Södra Hotellet again!

The location was not the most amazing but very practical and they made the most out of it.
