Unfortunatelly I didn't have time for breakfast. Next time I will try it for sure.

Hotel should have more free parking lot at P-HUS across the hotel because there were only 2 parking places reserved for the hotel and some other car was parked there and when I finally manage to find free parking lot and park my Peugeot 3008 SUV car I barely got into the parking lot because narrowly and thight parking lots and I had to take good care not to scratched car on other parking lot and not to scratched my car.

The staff were exceptionally helpful especially with a late check in after our flight was delayed by hours. The hotel is in a fantastic central location surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, cafes etc. The breakfast was great. We literally arrived after midnight and departed by 09.00 that morning to continue our journey so there's not much else I can report on the hotel.

We have been staying here for a couple of years now. The accomadations work well for basic work travel needs, but It may be time to start changing the mattresses because ours had a centered indentation causing us to roll to the center.

They let us check in super early. Location was perfect, it was in the centeral area, we could able to walk everywhere. Staff was super nice and kind. Breakfast was amazing. We really had luxurious experience there. We will absolutely visit again!

Bathroom was super cold.

Availability of the staff! And what ever question I had considering my staying, staff were always answering the phone even on Christmas Day and New Year and at other hotels from my experience whenever I call on the phone there is an automatic machine answering.

Great breakfast - wide variety. Good renovated rooms. Practical, comfortable and modern.

Breakfast area is a bit small. The food was in two different rooms. Ideally it would be in the same room.

Comfortable hotel within a short walk of everything including the Vinterparken, which was why we were there. Breakfast was fantastic - so much choice! The lady who does it all is amazing and so helpful with our queries about taxis etc.

Swedish breakfast with a variety of spreads, cheese, yoghurt, fil, cereal, coffee, tea, juices. Fruit were available and home made smoothies.

Great location just by Stortorget (although a little hard to find), with many restaurants and shops nearby. Frösön, with swimming and other activities, is only around 15 minutes away by walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast selection, especially hot foods. Convenient code locked doors minimize the need for carrying keys around. The bathrooms were very clean and the room gave a neat impression.

The "night entrance" elevator is up a small set of stairs (around 10 steps) - this could be an issue for disabled guests or those bringing strollers, etc. The staff told us this will be fixed in the future, however. The breakfast kitchen is a little small, and for example only has one coffee machine (that was also the only way to get tea water).
