The Hotel was very nice. We arrived a bit later on a Sunday and the lady from the reception put the key outside, so we could enter the hotel. As we were arriving with bikes, we called her and asked for a chance to put our bikes inside. She instantly came back to the hotel and opened a room for the bikes and also preheated the sauna, very nice service! The breakfast was also very good and there was everything you would like to have for breakfast.

A very nice little hotel in the centre of Ulricehamn. We have been here several times, and like it very much. A welcoming staff, nice rooms and different places to sit down for a drink or just relax. The restaurant, that was reopened, was really good. The breakfast couldn't be better. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We will absolutely come back again.

The service at hotel was perfect and the rooms were nice and tidy. Breakfast had lot of choices and tasted great. All the time there was a welcoming feel.

I liked the convenience of the location of the hotel. It was an easy walk to town and to the lake. I also liked the breakfast.

We had a pleasant and comfy stay at this hotel, which is right at the center of town. Hence, most places were easily accessible from this location.

Cozy hotel with friendly staff

Unfortunately there was work been done in breakfast room when we were there but a staff member did apologize and it’s understandable that work needs to get done.

Nice rooms, clean and well furnished. Shampoo and conditioner by Rituals which I love. Very well assorted breakfast menu. The location is perfect next to the lake, the busstation, several large supermarkets and only about 1km from the Sjuhäradsleden hiking trail (part of the E1 kong distance trail). The old city center is right next to it. BUT hands down the staff make the hotel great. I was hiking and had only my hiking clothes which I wanted to wash so I made the strange request if they might have some leftover clothes laying around for me to wear in the mean time. 10 minutes later I get a knock on the door and two sets of clothing IN MY SIZE are presented to me! Dogs are welcome and a lady of the staff helped me with a needed vet appointment for my dog too. The cleaning lady checked in with me what would be a good time to clean precisely because I had a dog. All those little things are what makes a hotel. Hotel management please take care of your staff because they are great.

Friendly staff and excellent choices for breakfast

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, great shower. Tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as in reception. Good selection for breakfast. Felt more like a 4 star than a 3 star hotel. Although the hotel restaurant is not open for dinner during the summer there were plenty of restaurants very close by.

Water for tea should be hotter in the restaurant.

We wanted dinner at the hotel, but they had no cook and the restaurants was closed.
