I really appreciated the accessibility efforts by the hotel and the staff. It was very helpful to be offered a dinner box of food I could heat myself given my late arrival. Dinner, bed and breakfast made my short stay easier.

Staff clearly weren't used to vacation travellers using public transport so couldn't answer my questions about buses, the sculpture park location. It's understandable, most guests come by car and many are probably there for business but given they are already doing so well on other things it is an area they might like to develop for staff training and knowledge.

Room was modern and cosy with comfortable beds and big tv. Tidyness was good. Affordable parking next door. Small evening dinner included in room price. Staff was frindly and helpful.

Bathroom door was a bit flimsy. Overall not much to comlain about.

A nice place to stay at, not far from train station, cozy restaurant and the non-vegetarian food looked nice, however, vegetarian options were limited to only one.

Breakfast was ok, but some hot meals were not so hot even if I was there quite early. I arrived around 7 pm and at that time there were many people in the restaurant so there was no one at reception because it was only one guy (very nice and helpful though) for both reception and restaurant. Not sure, might be only the case on Dec 31st.. The kettle I got after asking for it was not ok (burnt inside).

The location is great, very close both to the train station and city center. Breakfast and dinner included in the room rate, which is very value for money. Every staff I met during my stay were warm and helpful, and they tried to offer help whenever we needed. Our train was delayed and changed due to some problem, we stored our luggage and stayed in the lobby almost the whole night to wait for the latest update of the train information, thanks to the kind staff and excellent service. I will definitely choose First Hotel when there’s one at my next destination.

The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The price includes dinner, which was very good. The hotel's location is very good, close to the train station and the city center. The room was quite large.

There was a small yellow stain on the comforter.

Fantastic breakfast. As we say in Sweden, it was lagom. Enough different sorts of bread, egg and bacon, pancakes, yogurt and Müsli.

Our room were close to ventilation or something like that, which made a drumming sound all night.

Homely relaxed environment, with very friendly and accommodating staff. Food excellent standard and selection.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel.

Our room was excellent. Comfortable bed, good bathroom. The meals were good. And the staff universally helpful and smiling. You felt they liked working in the hotel.

The staff were SO friendly! They offered a complimentary dinner upon our arrival, which was SO tasty! They were extremely accommodating and kind. We also loved the breakfast buffet--it was incredible!
