The location could not be better! Just a very short walk from the central train station and located in the city's central shopping area. It's also just a short walk to the city's beautiful river with a big path for taking a walk or cycling. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh with lots of variety.

The location was great, very close to the city center. It was quiet and the area around the hotel seemed safe.

The bathroom distribution was strange (toilet and shower in one room, and the washbasin outside). They only made the bed but didn't change the trash can or cleaned the bathroom.

Room design was very well thought out. Compact space but felt much bigger. Friendly staff. I was getting up early one of the mornings of my stay and the hotel had prepared me a take away breakfast. Location near to railway station and to shops and bars was also good.

We enjoyed the breakfast very much. Location is in the center, there was a slightly problem with the parking. In Sweden you need to have a parking application to pay for the parking space. Pity if you do not own android phone. We had two rooms, one was smaller, and very hot in it. Second room was way better.

Noisy and parting neighbors which had to drink and sing till 2am in the morning.

Nice room on 4th floor. Spacious and well equipped with kettler and fridge. large room with great bed. Breakfast included everything to expect.

The location is perfect. Close to the Umeå Central station and close to Vasaplan (Bus station). Some rooms have a great view of the busy street. Tonnes of restaurants near the hotel.

I've had better breakfasts in other hotels in Europe. The breakfast wasn't that great for me. But again, it's okay compared to other hotels I've lodged in here in Sweden.

Great location near the station. Efficient staff. Decent WiFi and breakfast. Good sized room. Good value for northern Sweden.

Slightly odd room layout, with the bed wedged between three walls and a desk. Too hot (despite being 11c outside) so I had to leave the window open and was rudely awakened by the dustmen.

Very much appreciated that we were allowed to stay in our room until 14.00 since no other person had booked it! Thank you!

It is time to repaint some walls and to wash the beddings (all of what you have under the sheets) because it's stained and filthy!

Very centrally located accommodation. Very close distance to the city center and the train station. I was just staying for 1 night as I was travelling to the North of Sweden, but enjoyed it and would definitely come back.

Could have designated parking spots.

Very good room. All facilities. Excellent services. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, tasty, well prepared.

Wash basin is badly designed. Tap is in wrong place. Small. Therefore very splashy !
