Very nice hotel with clean, modern rooms. The pool was great for the whole family and overall the hotel offers a variety of activities for the family (pool, mini golf, very fun game room, movie theater, etc). The panorama restaurant was also very nice with good food and a fun and lively atmosphere. Overall a really great family hotel.

The 10am checkout time is an absolute no go! In the hundreds of 4+ star hotels I have staid, I have never seen a 10am checkout policy. I find this very unfriendly towards guests and ultimately would not recommend the hotel just because of this

I booked a room for one night at this hotel on a really short notice. As a consequence, I expected to receive a relatively acceptable room, but nothing more. The actual outcome: a modern, beautiful room with absolutely breathtaking view on the mountains. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, supported us with all questions and arranged a really smooth check-in despite of a late arrival in the evening. We even received a greeting drink at the hotel bar, beautifully located in the top floor of the hotel. The hotel itself is also equipped with the following: a heated indoor pool with whirlpool areas; an outdoor pool, a mini golf track, a tennis court, a fitness room, a spa, a cinema, meeting rooms, and a games room with pool billiard, air hockey and the like. I have yet to find a place with such a range of activities for this price level! This is just phenomenal and fully worth a full 10/10.

The breakfast was unfortunately mediocre at best. The offered food widely consisted of - apparently - wholesale cuts, cheese, and supermarket'ish items like ketchup plastic bottles, the usual tiny nutella sachets and generally a lot of packaged food items. Although I fully understand that cost efficiency is hugely important to run the place smoothly, I would have loved to see a wider variety of products from local businesses, for example for fresh marmelade or a larger variety of vegetarian and vegan spreads. If this part were improved, the hotel would probably rise to be Arosa's absolute top dog!

I can’t really focus on what I love the most about the hotel. It has cozy rooms, it has stunning views, it has great pool areas that must look outworldly in winter. It is an old building but renovated with greatest respect to its original character and at the same time furnished in a way that feels like it was build a year ago. Great taste in design, the nicest staff you could ever think of. The hotel, like Arosa itself is a place where you can recharge your batteries for any challenges ahead! We had a great experience there and are planning our next trip already! Highly recommend taking the half-board option / the dinner is cheaper than what you would usually expect, while the chef does a great job in preparing the compositions and you can (paid extra) choose from some really interesting wine options to go along with it.

Some amenities like the beautiful bar open when the hotel fills up with some more guests (otherwise it would be more staff the actual guests there) so not everything was possible to enjoy for us - but in the higher season this is not a problem for sure. However, the lack of the bar is compensated with the restaurant at the top of the hotel - very cool fancy drinks and nice waiting staff make you forget about that slight detail really quick!

Good hotel in a great location! Friendly to dogs, a dog bed and a bowl were waiting for us in the room. Gorgeous mountain view from the room. The rooms are compact but cozy and nicely furnished. Pleasant service from staff. They issue a tourist card, which gives discounts on local entertainment and transport.

The room lacked a fridge and had no air conditioning, but had central heating. I was also a little surprised that there was a capsule coffee machine in the room, but only 4 capsules were included, if you want more, you have to buy at the reception and you cannot buy capsules in the store, because the machine is different from the usual ones. The breakfast and food in the hotel restaurant was so-so. The spa and gym was also not impressive, it did not seem to be renovated.

Breakfast was very very good and staff very nice - evening meal lovely for adults and a lovely expensive wine list ....probably a bit too sophisticated for my kids (young teens )had to ask for a lots of meals with out sauce so maybe a plain option could be offered but the half board option was defintely worth it .

The hotel was still undergoing some renovations - one restaurant not open (top floor panoramic restaurant) kids room not open and still had a bit of an unfinished feel - but it will be fantastic in maybe a month so I have based the rating on that !

Freshly renovated and very nice hotel. Very clean spacious rooms with a view to the mountains. We liked the fact that the room had a heating which could be adjusted and also the fact, that the windows could be opened. The breakfast was good and the hotel stuff very friendly. We booked half board and enjoyed the dinner menus very much. The hotel was full, but it was never hectic or crowded at the breakfast and dinner. Also the spa area was great.

In the room you could hear the toilets from the upper floors were flushing and sometimes also the voices from the bathrooms above.

Design! It is a stunning hotel, truly beautiful, takes you back in time but all is fresh and new. Staff at the reception was very kind. Hotel bar and top class barman- one of the best whiskey sours we ever had!

The food at the restaurant (part of half board) was extremely bad- so bad it is hard to believe there was actually someone with any idea about food responsible for the kitchen :) Parboiled rice served with so over cooked broccoli that it was not possible to stick it on the fork. I hope it will be fixed as it is a 10/10 hotel so food should much the entire experience.

Perfect location for long weekend. The view from the rooms is perfect. Hotel conveniently located and within walking distance to the town centre. Rooms quiet, very clean and beds very comfortable. Swimming pool, gym and sauna perfect to relax. The view at the top floor has a breathtaking Mountain View.

Parking unfortunately is not free and comes at cost especially when compared to the value of the room or the duration of the stay. One would expect to be inclusive for guests.

Very nice rooms with fantastic view - super to the details like perfect bedlamps, quality coffee in the room. The staff provided a great service. Having the possibility to play mini golf, table tennis etc. makes it the pefect hotel when travelling with your kids. It was a super place to stay for hiking and great package with the Arosa card.

Dining out is quite expensive in Arosa. Next time I will consider including the half board option (dinner).
