Very kind staff, very fast WIFI. Proper breakfast. Central location in Baden.

Industrial atmosphere (hotel is inside of ex. transformer factory). Room was very basic, more like student apartment (furniture). The floor covering should be replaced, it is worn out and partly also with stains. It was impossible to open windows. Air condition was too loud. Rather expensive for a given offering.

We made reservations for the "Trafo Hotel" but due to CoVid restrictions there were not enough customers so we were moved to the "Blue City" Hotel. We like the Hotel very much - very nice, helpful staff, very good dinner menues, breakfast with nice selection.

We were given a wonderful, large room - with one little disadvantage - it was facing the main road and it got somewhat noisy during the early morning traffic hours and currently there is a construction site right opposite to the Hotel. We prefer very quite rooms ! That's why we like the Trafo Hotel so much ! Parking is very limited at the Blue City Hotel but they have a good arrangement with the Trafo Underground Parking Facilities - it takes only a short walk (ca. 3 minutes) from Blue City to the Trafo Building.

Our room was rather large compared to most Hotel rooms - very nice room ! As the room was facing the main road it was unfortunately a little noisy from the cars towards the morning, when people are going to work. Breakfast is rich and the breakfast room large with enough spacing (CoVid). We typically stay at the "Trafo" Hotel (sister Hotel) - but due to CoVid the "Trafo" was understandably closed.

Compared to the sister hotel "Trafo" a short walk is necessary for picking up the car which we parked in the "Trafo" building - no real issue but somewhat inconvenient.

Excellent hospitality the staff were very informative and supportive . Room was small but for a business traveller like me it was good House keeping was exceptionally good

The curtain could have dark so the lighting out side should have prevented provision of a iron box

The staff was great and extremely helpful, the room was simple and clean, bed was comfortable.

Location was very close to the city, but it felt like you were in an alley, because you are. Zero views of anything than an office building, but wasn't bad.

Excellent location. The room was spacious and clean, couldn't ask for more. The staff was super helpful. Overall absolutely positive experience and will recommend to everyone staying in Baden.

it took us a while to get oriented to find everything easily - entrance, exits and night entrance, although it was marked!

rooms are small for the money. breakfast is basic for the level of the hotel. There is a gym but not included in the standard rate.

Very interesting, clean and modern hotel just in connection to the Trafo exhibition/business center. Was just perfect solution when there was a conference at the business center!

The breakfast was not especilly good - in my case was not especially needed. The fact that the hotel was somehow shut down after the conference I attended was a bit strange but the arrangements to another hotel were fluent and perfect finally.

Room, breakfast & bed ... all were very good. Especially, all staff members were cooperative and provided excellent support
