The room was large and convenient with beautiful windows and a modern bathroom. The location was good as it was near grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. Our room was not on the main street but, if it were, the stay may have been less pleasant. The breakfast was good enough.

The proximity to stores and restaurants was nice, but the hotel is on a busy/loud street. Fortunately, our room did not face that street but I would imagine our stay would have been less pleasant if it were.

Great location, a few steps from the main drag and station area. Short train ride to Locarno. Views of the Castle Grande and other Castles from the rooms. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Free public transit in Ticino with hotel stay.

Fantastic view of the three castles from the room's balcony - well worth it. Comfortable and modern room. Walk across the road then across the open plaza on the right to reach the elevator to the closest castle - easier than walking up to it - but that is interesting to do if you're feeling energetic!

Arriving with a car is challenging if there are no free spaces in the adjacent public car park. You can't seem to pull up outside the hotel to drop off luggage, although I was told that was possible.

Very clean, modern room and helpful, friendly staff. The dinning room decor was a bit dated but the food was very, very good with excellent service.

Great location at entrance to Old Town and lift to Castle. Room with view of Castle from Balcony. Friendly welcome. Public parking right next to hotel ( charged)

All was good

Convenient location between the station and the town centre, and just a few minutes’ walk from either; pleasant, comfortable, decent-sized rooms; effective air-conditioning; double glazing that blocks out virtually all the (non-trivial) road noise; good views, from some rooms, up to all three castles (particularly impressive at night); nicely finished bathroom with a good shower; friendly, helpful staff

Woefully little storage – tiny wardrobe, with just four clothes-hangers (for a double room!), no drawer space and almost no usable shelf space; breakfast, with the patio doors open to the terrace (which is next to a busy road) is less relaxing than it should be; sitting on the balcony for any length of time is not an option, again because of the road noise; a little overpriced for what’s on offer

beautiful building. clean room with comfortable bed. helpful staff and did well with the language barrier. great location for getting around to sites, shopping and transportation.

We paid for a balcony room and the view of all three castles was spectacular.

A kettle for making tea would have been handy

The hotel is brilliantly positioned in the center of Bellinzona, with large underground parking facilities nearby (at a preferential rate for hotel patrons). The hotel is clean and the room is comfortable.

Buffet breakfast was not very Corona-friendly, and there were flies buzzing around the dishes. Cleaning staff made quite a ruckus in the morning, which could be heard from within the room.

Good location close to station and city center. easy bus connection. The view on the castle from the balcony was lovely. Friendly staff.
