Lovely basic appartment with most of the things you need for a comfortable stay, exceptional clean, good location to the town, 10 min walk into town.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, no tin opener, potato peeler or cheese grater, main light in the room wasnt working, also paid 64 euros for parking at the hotel but because there is a steep hill to get up to the main road from the appartments we couldn't use the parking as the road is not useable without snow chains in the winter, we got stuck trying to get up the hill on the first day, after that we left the car at the top of the hill for free for the rest of the week, I think management should look at clearing the road better,

We had stunning views from the balcony. Size of room was enough for us as a couple. The location was perfect for us to travel between France and Switzerland for day trips. Staff were very friendly, always had a smile.

Would have been better if cleaning products were provided as we were expected do our own cleaning before checkout.

All cars were nicely in the garage, the sauna nice hot but a little bit small ( 6 people are fitting in ) , it’s a shame that it is closing already at 19:00.

The location is great, direct access to the ski bus, Parking is a bit limited. The staff is friendly, and the appartments are spacious, certainly for French understanding. You have everything you need for a cool ski trip. Bakery is 5 minutes walking distance. Supermarket 10 minutes by car. All over, the place is clean and well managed. They lend you stuff like raclette or fondue for free. They are ok with pets.

The spa is definitely smaller than in the pictures, the wood in the sauna is rotten. Most other guests were misbehaving there and nobody controlled for it. The ski wardrobes are clearly too small, same for the tables in the appartments, the fridge was super mini for 8 people. Lots of the lights were broken, no good light in the kitchen. wifi at extra costs except for in the lobby. slow wifi. you have to pay for the garage even if your car does not fit the garage. the driveway to the venue is slippery when snowing - and they don't prep the driveway really. Cleaning service is not included and super expensive (probably b/o not much staff avalable, but you can clean the rooms in an hour). No wardrobes really.

The chalet is near to bobsled track. This is great for children. We had a pleasant view on the Linga. We appreciated the clean rooms. The bathroom is small but charming. It is a real "chalet" ambiance. The radiators work perfect. We say thank you to the courageous and smiling staff that helped for all the things that went wrong in the very few hours they are allowed to work. We could park close. The outside ski room is a great idea. The pool with a part outside is great (but fresh).

We had to wait 1h30 to check-in, staying in the cold. The rooms and table are small, this is the minimum to live in. There is not a lot of cupboard. The internet connection is 3MB, and disconnect at every session. There is no oven, only micro-wave. The pillows were ok, but no duvet (Only woolen blankets, it remember me the army lol). The pool is nice but still fresh. Everybody was happy to go in the hot jacuzzi. But there is one 4 places jacuzzi for the 5 houses (more than 80 flats i think). The garage is max 1m99. So with our bus, we had to stay outside, but we paid the same.

Pool was quiet and kids loved it, nice to have hot tub too. Reception staff friendly. Nice and quiet location, only 10 minute walk into centre of Chatel.

We were expecting full bed linen including duvets but were only given sheets and pillow cases and had to make beds on arrival. There were no duvets and we were provided with "prison esque" brown blankets that did not look like they had been cleaned. Also being expected to clean the whole apartment including hoovering and mopping floors, wiping window panes was way too much at the end of the holiday. You can pay the extortionate 65 Euro to have it cleaned but you still had to do partial cleaning yourself so simply not worth it.

The price of 400 EUR for a 6 bed apartment, for 3 nights was quite reasonable. (13 Jan - 15 Jan 2023). There was a kitchen, Pool, and Sauna. But these are all very minimal. Underground parking availble at 5 EUR per night.

There were lots of extra hidden charges. For example: Towels, WIFI, Television, Parking, City taxes. It was not walking distance to the ski lifts, the website reads 500m but in reality it is 1.4km. The spa facilities were always very busy, and the closing time is too early at 19:00. The spa was also different to the photos, as we stayed in the apartment block, whereas the photos are from the hotel. The room was dirty, with hairs all over the bedding.
