E-Da Royal Hotel

Our original booking for deluxe for 4 pax was wrongly checked in by the receptionist on the first night into a room for 2 pax with a queen bed. Our family did not manage much rest as it was really too squeezy for a family of 4 (including 2 teenager kids). We decided to enquired again at the front desk the next day morning and feedback that the room looked different from our booking. The counter staff checked and made the switch (and upgraded 1 level up) for us after an hour as they are unable to provide any refund.

We appreciated that the staff who made the check and switch the room for us swiftly even with an upgrade & complimentary cookies. However, the incident could have been avoided totally if the lady who checked us in on the first day was more careful and did a logic check as the whole family turned up to checked in together at the counter. On our part, we should have also checked with front counter again instead of deliberately until the next day.

E-Da Royal is an amazing hotel! It's huge and spacious and very well decorated. The whole place just makes the guest feel very comfortable and at home. The hotel is part of the E-Da complex which is composed of two hotels, an huge outlet (with over 700 brands) and a theme park. The E-da Royal has a great staff that is already to serve from the moment we step onto the doorway. They are nice and always ready and really make us feel very well treated. The rooms are big and comfortable, with a lot of space and a really big and comfy bed. The room is carpeted and have access to an individual balcony, which I personally think is a plus. Lighting can be controlled from both sides of the bed and there's night light option. Wifi is open and works very well. The bathroom is also big, with dividers for the toilet and shower, which leaves the rest of the bathroom available (sink and bathtub) while maintaining privacy if any of those are being used. The water pressure and temperature is great and the toiletries are a nice treat. There's also bathrobes and slippers in the wardrobe. Breakfast is held in a huge restaurant and they get pretty busy in the morning. At check-in you'll be asked to choose between two time frames for having breakfast, which is a nice system for avoiding overcrowding. While food is quickly consumed by the big crowd, the staff will just as quickly refill the empty plates. There's a big variety of food, which will satisfy all type of tastes. The hotel also offers a lot of entertainment options, some free of cost. It's a place suitable for all ages.

What makes people feel inconvenient is that there are no washing and drying facilities, because the location is still some distance from the city, and the lack of washing and drying facilities is not ideal for family travelers

I really enjoyed the water facilities The staff are nice and even we are checked out they still allowed as can use the sauna and swimming pool.super enjoy I felt I am child again Playing the water .I really love the breakfast also the food are so tasty 😋 I can really recommend this Hotel to my friends to release the stress.. and free ferris wheel 🎡 ticket, u will see the whole kaoshuing. Super satisfied its worth it to stayed.

Room, breakfast is great... Staff, pool was nice... Its 9/10

Its the stuff inside the WC (CR)... Maybe we are expecting better when it comes to shampoo, conditioner etc... Its 7/10 when it comes to WC...

We all had very good sleep, and I rarely slept well in hotels. Free parking. Large room.

For the breakfast, quality of cheese could be improved. The remote controller of the TV was not working, but we finally got another one.

It was a stylish uniq hotel, staff were excellent service and money value was excellent.

The location was not close everywhere, but it was good for children

The heated swimming pool. The breakfast was fantastic, rooms large & clean, great location. Many dining options inside the hotel.

the swimming pool(even it's limited time) the buffet breakfast was excellent ..great job to the staff they assisted us well very accommodating, also you can see that they have great smile even wearing facemask😆

the room was not soundproof ,me and my friends were told not to make noise while we're in the middle of happiness buts its ok we understand ☺☺

I like reception staff and their politeness and helpfulness which touch my heart.
