Very close to metro station, mall and shops. Love that they have self service laundry on site. Big common area. Staff was helpful especially the lady who did the housekeeping for the lady floor :) she went to get a dehumidifier when I requested one for the room because it was so humid that I couldn’t sleep well on the first night. The dehumidifier worked well.

The WiFi connection in the room was weak and slow. My mobile data worked faster than the WiFi but it worked well at the common area… common bathroom was alright but if there is a wall organiser that would be great because you wouldn’t want to put your own bath liquids on the floor…

Excellent location, very close to MRT and a shopping mall with food options and convenience store. Large common area. Female area different floor, so it is completely separate from the male/mixed area. Very clean and the bathroom has several stalls and showers and is well equipped. Use of shared fridge and water cooler for refills. Bed is comfortable, private locker and shelf with hangers in dorm room.

Unfortunately no towel is provided, you have to bring your own, which actually seems to be the norm in Taiwan so come prepared. Having a breakfast option would be nice.

Great location! There is a night market nearby along with department stores with food courts, various restaurants, and literally minutes of walking from the MRT. The hostel is off of the main street so nice and quite, I especially appreciated the female-only level where I could truly relax :)

Personally I feel that the mattress was too soft, and that shared bathroom could be cleaner with more frequent housekeeping services, especially if there was a large group of guests (there was during my stay).

Great value and customer service. They put me in the more expensive all-female room because it was available even though I had paid for the co-ed room. Facilities were the cleanest of all the other hotels and hostels I stayed at in a similar/slightly more expensive price range in the same area. Nice and quiet. Toothbrush/toothpaste were provided free and they gave you a locking cabinet that you could open with a keycard.

A bit too warm in the common areas, but the room itself had better air conditioning. This is a commonality I found in all hotels/hostels I stayed at in Kaohsiung. Also, my carry-on size suitcase just barely didn’t fit in the locker provided to us. Everything else was good, and for the price I think it was excellent.

Everything was very clean, there is a lot of space in the dorm room and natural light, curtains for the beds, the bathroom is big and clean. They give you slippers to use inside the hostel so it stays clean. The location is just a minute from the metro stop, so it was convenient to get around. The wifi is good and there is a big lobby area.

The beds were fine but could have been a bit firmer.

Staff gave me access to the female floor for the bathroom, which is really spacious ! Great facilities and very clean ! They also give you slippers to wear inside.

On the last day wifi was not working well (maybe too much guests ?) Some coming and going in the room at all hours but that's what you expect when staying in a hostel.

The staff was really polite and nice. They were helpful when we ask for local hotspot. The private two bunk bed room was perfect size for two friends travelling. The hostel was very clean and the bathroom had many showers.

They said they offer breakfast on their website and on booking.com, but they didn't provide breakfast for the entire duration of our stay. The lobby close really early, so if you come back later you have no where to hang out but your room.

We booked this for the last night before flying back home. It was ideal for this, close to the MTR line to the airport, and very much a value for money option as we anyway didn't need to use the shared facilities much. We had a private double room with shared bathroom, and were very impressed with the standard of the toilets, they were clean at any time.

Front door needs bright signage, simple bright border, red or white border around hostel name would help. Walked by twice and missed it, since I was walking by from the left side, from MRT. One showerhead was barely working.

Have this experience to see teenagers and wake me up to stay outside is great, it is interested to talk or share opinions with different background people,and have fun to get feedback. Each floor has its reading area to prepare personal work which is also 👍。
