Kid friendly hotel with spacious family rooms, provides breakfast, has laundry facilities. good location near the river.

bathrooms are older and they would not provide extra pillows. Pillows are limited to the ones in the room. also no parking in hotel but parking lot a block away (they will subsidize the cost of parking).

Our room was located on the 14th floor. The room was extremely spacious. Our 4-year-old daughter was having the time of her life. The TV was big and integrated with YouTube so we had no problem finding things to watch. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We are a Muslim family so finding Halal foods can sometimes be a challenge, however, the hotel provided vegetarian options every morning and we had no problem at all with the food. They also provided complimentary tea-time dessert every day which was delicious. The location was strategic. We were a few minutes walk from the Formosa station, the Liuhe night market, and a few halal Indonesian restaurants. The reception staff were very fluent in English which made communications extremely easy. One night my daughter accidentally spilled bubble tea at the reception lobby and the staff handled it calmly and helped wipe the spill. Overall, extremely helpful and a great experience.

The room was ENORMOUS and I got a great deal on the price so crazy value for money. 15th floor and great view. Clean. Perhaps slightly further from the MRT than I expected but still very near and great location for going around. Lots of choice at breakfast.

It's a bit silly, but the switch for all lights was near the bed or near the door. Including the bathroom light. No switch near the bathroom. So every time we head to the bathroom, we have to go back to switch on the light. So funny! At night the light was kind of not bright enough, slightly dark. Not a big problem anyway.

The room is very spacious and generally clean. The location is ok, near central MRT stations but it’s an 8 minute walk to the nearest station. The staff are very helpful. The facilities seem new and work fine.

We stayed in stack 08 and had one entire side of the room facing another building. That side facing another building had a balcony and full length windows so there’s no privacy when we opened the curtains, or the room would be very dark when we closed them. The sink in the bathroom was badly designed so everything nearby would get wet when we used it. Sound proofing was not so good as we could sometimes hear guests in the next room chatting, or guests in the room above thumping/jumping on their floor.

Our children loved this hotel as we were in a family room with a car theme. The car bed was large and easily accommodated out 6 and 8 year olds. There is also a playroom on the 3rd floor which has self-service laundry, very handy. This is an older hotel which has been redeveloped in a fun way. The location was convenient, we walked from Kaohsiung Station when we arrived and it is not far to the Formosa Station.

Ventilation in the sandpit could be better. Also the lift does not require a card to access any floor.

Size of the room was big, there was a dining area, living area, writing desk, very comfy bed and the toilet was equipped with both a bath tub and a shower head. Staff were also helpful and polite throughout and was helpful that there was a ramp at the outside to help us roll our luggages up with ease. Location was convenient too!

Breakfast wasn't included which was a bit different from our other taiwan stays, and the walk from the train station, though relatively near, might be bumpy at times cos you'd have to walk on the roads.

Bed was very comfortable and the hotel location is closed to a lot businesses, restaurants and cafes. Water pressure is excellent and the bathroom shower is amazing along with the bidet in the toilet. Breakfast selection was not bad. Desert choices were excellent.

Internet in room 1606 was out for a couple of days. The staff came in to reset the modem but I did not bother to get it fixed on the second time because it was the day that we checked out.

Our room was quite large. Everything was clean when we arrived. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated the free snacks in the dining area the afternoon we checked in. We purchased the breakfast and were glad we did. It was really delicious, with lots of dishes to choose from.

The room felt a little tired/worn, but we were still happy with it.

Spacious and comfort rooms, good hotel location, nearby metro station. Good selection of buffet breakfast, everyone can choose what he likes. Also there are several good restaurants in the area for dining options. Separate laundry room which was good for us as we stayed for 1 week.

Everything was fine!

Hotel offers daily freshly cooked breakfast including porridge, stir fry vegetables/meat, Japanese style noodles, mochis, salads, and fruits. There is on-site coin laundry facility which is a bonus for family travel. Our room was clean, quiet, and large with separate seating are for TV. I would stay here again if coming back to Kaohsiung.
