Terrific location near both LRT and MRT stations. Also, enjoyed walking to Love Pier area at night, which was only about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Room was clean, more spacious than I expected. Good desk with plenty of easily accessible electrical outlets. Bathroom had both a bathtub and shower area, which was a pleasant surprise. Reliable, fast WiFi. Some of the front desk staff didn't speak English very well, but were still very helpful (with the assistance of Google Translate). I also liked that they had a water dispenser that you could refill your own reusable water bottle in the hallway near the elevator.

Just be aware that you have to request housekeeping to clean your room. It is not an automatic service.

It is located in a popular neighbourhood so it’s convenient to walk around the famous food stands and tourist sights. Take less than 10 mins can walk to the nearest metro station. The room(with window) itself and the bathroom are spacious and clean. Got everything basic attached. I got a bathtub in my room so being able to soak a bath after a long day really was a bonus for me. Also they got a water machine on the corridor which is very eco-friendly cuz you can refill water with bottle continuously. This is really thoughtful and a great gesture for a local hostel to do. They got common area on 2/F and gaming section on B1/F. Will be a great place to know some new friends. I also love how they have a laundry room. You really need it in the hot summer day. The washing machine is free and they offer the powder for you. The drying machine charges 50 TWD only. And then you will be able to wear clean clothes!

It seems to be a hotel suitable for kids (very colourful) but I felt comfortable as a single traveller. They have dehumidifiers in the walkways and inside the rooms. There was no bad smell inside the hotel which was nice. The bed was comfortable but a little small and the aircon in the room worked very well. The shower had a good size and was clean. There is a guest lounge where you can work with your laptop or just relax. There is a large desk with power plugs, lot’s of seating, coffee machine and popcorn machine. The basement has an entertainment zone where you can play games (Playstation, Nintendo Switch, soccer table and more). The laundry area is clean, the washing machine and powder is free of charge. You only need to pay NT$50 for the dryer. The staff spoke good English and was friendly. They are always greeting people when entering the hotel. The location is nice, close to Pier2 and some good restaurants and Cafes around.

My soap in the shower was empty the first night and the water container of the dehumidifier was full but they fixed it immediately after reporting it. Single bed was a little small.

Good location. Close to MRT station. Large room with enough space for everything. I carry one 30L backpack for reference. Large desk with enough international outlets for electronics. No issues with the wifi. Bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Lots of variety such as rice, noodles, meat, and vegetarian options. Lounge on the 2nd floor with free drinks popcorn was a nice touch. I really appreciated the laundry room and was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

The hotel is great value for money. It is 5-10 walk away from Pier 2. There are many convenient stores (7-11, Watson’s, Cosmed, Family Mart) and restaurants nearby. There’s even a nice bookstore (Cave’s). Reception was always happy to assist, be it change rooms, room service, request for taxi, recommendation for nearby restaurants, etc. The ambience is also very fun, lively, and happy. I like the dreamy, happy artistic design of this hotel. Breakfast is also decent. Room has complementary water, energy drinks, noodles, etc. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Kaohsiung.

Location was great, wonderful breakfast buffet, nice and incredibly helpful staff, good facilities. Just genuine wonderful quality. If I were to come back to Kaohsiung, I would definitely stay here again.

I really have nothing to complain about. There are no frills, just all the necessary basics with incredibly high quality. I have already recommended this hotel to others.

Fabulous hotel. Great value. The nicest hotel staff I have met. Quirky and creative decor. Clean rooms, great shower, comfy bed, good wifi. Guest lounge on the 2nd floor was amazing. Free coffee, tea and popcorn. Games room and laundry facilities in the basement. 15 min walk to MRT and close to the interesting Pier 2 area. Various eatery options nearby. Did not try the hotel breakfast so can't comment. Sound insulation not the best but this was expected.

I think that was the best hotel I stayed in Taiwan! Value for money, excellent location, very friendly and extremely helpful young boys and girls' staff and much much more... Beautiful decor everywhere, wall murals full of color and fantasy, big rooms with all the amenities, common areas with free coffee and tea, excellent breakfast on the top floor with an amazing view and... free laundry!!! What more do you need!!!

Twin room w/o window was comfortable and nicely designed. The staff was not fluent in English but they did their best. The location close to Pier 2 was fantastic.

The amenities were ok, no conditioner and no ‘japanese’ toilet (other hotels for the same price did have this features). At night the emergency light did glow very bright, so it was never fully dark in the room. You could hear children/people in the hallway.

huge room and fantastic bathroom. The hotel is really unusual because it has Muros everywhere. I’ve posted a picture of the lift door as it took me awhile to realise that was actually a lift, I walked straight past it. The staff are amazing and the location is great. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
