Staff are courteous and helpful. Room is clean although I could hear some sound from other rooms. This is within walking distance to the Feng Chia night market. It is not near to the train station and we used uber or taxi when going out. Overall, we had a good stay.

Everything was awesome. Staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient. They have their own parking space which is so convenient for us. Room and toilet was clean and tidy and smelled fresh. Air con was good and easy to adjust. The noise from outside and other room was acceptable. They don’t have mini bar in the room but you can get some tea bags, 3 in 1 coffee, water, lollies in the lobby. There has a water dispenser in the 2nd floor. It’s very convenient to get food there. Walking 2 mins basically can get everything you need.

Basically everything was good! it’s normal that shower room has tiny bit mould in silicone. But I just noticed the shower head was dirty. It will be good if they get it cleaned and sanitised. :)

The hotel looked very new with a great design. The receptionists were all smartly dressed and were willing to help even with the language barrier. The rooms were spacious and clean. It uses Japanese toilets, which are great. It's located near bubble tea stores, a night market and many shops.

The room has a lot of mains sockets, which is a good thing, but the negative thing would be the design of the cushioned wall next to the mains socket. It takes up some of the space where the plug fits into the mains socket, so travellers who use a plug adapter may struggle to use these mains sockets. See image to understand this explanation.

We had a short one-night stay in this hotel over the weekend to explore some nice restaurants and coffee spots in Taichung. It’s within walking distance of Fengjia night market and conveniently has a parking space in its basement. The room is comfortable enough and quite clean.

The sound insulation isn't that great, and I feel like the lighting is a bit dim, especially around the washbasin or in front of the mirror. I’d say it’s not a bad experience overall, though it's too bad they don’t offer breakfast with that price.

negative: one raw breakfast chicken nugget… positive: the apologetic dining staff quickly reported to the kitchen and the front desk. did not see the chicken nugget item for breakfast the next day. Next day breakfast was complimentary.

The location of the hotel was within walking distance of one of the night markets. There were also convenience stores around the corner. Staff are nice and friendly. Room was pretty decent in size and presentable and clean.

Corridors in the hotel lobby were dimly lighted. Could bang into something or mistake it for a pathway. Room doors were slightly thin so could hear what was happening along the corridors. Slightly far away from Taichung centre

The location is conveniently located near Feng Jia Night Market. Staff there were really friendly and helpful in giving us directions and suggestions on places we want to go. The room is comfortable and clean.

It is actually a platform bed and there is only a mini desk (so you can't really place your stuffs or bring food back if you have the intention).

A short walk from convenience stores, laundry service and food stalls. a slightly longer walk to reach Fengjia night market, but still manageable. There is a bidet with warm water, a good shower. There is also a filtered water machine with iced, warm and hot water on level 2.

One of the towels had dried blood stains on it. makes us slightly concerned about general cleanliness and quality control.

a very rare hotel with 3 levels of basement car park with 2.3m height limit, which I appreciated the most as I am driving a very tall 9 seater car, the hotel looks quite new, facilities and furniture looks well maintained, the room is quite spacious and clean, walking distance to Feng Chia night market.

None, it is all good and fit to my needs.

Excellent, new and modern facility with very helpful staff. Everything was so tidy and clean inside each rooms. The location of the hotel was great and so close to shops and the night market. Best value for money when you travel as family.
