The staff are very friendly and helpful, they greeted us whenever we entered/exit the premises. They also provided us with detail information on how to get to our destinations in the outskirts. The room amenities and layout are as published in Booking.com. The room is air-conditioned, the bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. The washroom and shower are quite small, just nice to fit a medium sized adult. The 3-in-1 coffee tastes great. No breakfast option with the room. Worth to mention, the wall-mounted universal plug points are absolutely superb!

Every level has its theme, which is interesting. Reception staffs are friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel is great. They have a drinking water machine for eco friendly purpose. A 5 mins to fengjia night market. There is a cafe downstairs and a 7-11 nearby. Separate shower and toilet, which is great. Hair dryer is not the normal hotel type, which is not bad. Security is good, must have card to access to your level.

I didn't like how the washing basin is right by the door and not enclosed up. Water spilled everywhere when you use it. The room is not that spacious.

Location is very good, 5 minutes walk to night market. Room is in fair size and the beds are comfortable. The room is overall clean but we had some bad luck with one of the towel.

Car park is not located exactly beside the hotel. We had some bad luck that the sensor does not work and we have to go to the reception and ask them to open the boom.

Theme comcept there lot of stuffs for photo shooting like the floor i stay they name it as Brazil the common area of the floor is decorated with Soccer stuff and background is goal poll.

The basin is out the bathroom so when wash face the water will splash on the laminated floor and the side table next to the basin.

Very friendly staff and was offered a room upgrade upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable, the location of the hotel is also very close to Fengjia night market, which is super convinent.

All experience depends on your roommate, if they r not hygiene n loud speaker... Well it's not bad for my case.

Interesting decor, and different levels have diff country representation. Rooms were rather clean.

There was a random call at 2am saying we have visitors which we are not expectating any. Pillows too soft. Curtains were spoilt and unable to close properly.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Simple yet has everything we need. A lot of thoughtful details and set up to make the stay comfortable and interesting. The staff went above and beyond tomy son's request to make the stay fun and enjoyable for a young child.
