Room was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast spread was simple yet complete, you have things from congee, western, asian to fresh fruits. Coffee, tea, milk, soy milk, fruit juices were served as well. It was awesome considering we were travelling with young children. They enjoyed the breakfast and stay as much as we did. Free flow drinks and black coffee was available at the concierge area throughout the day. Location was convenient. Very near the bus stop and also it's easy to get on and off taxi in front of the hotel.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was superb! The room was very nice. (the view not so much, but who cares) The bed was very comfortable. The location was good.

Getting warm water in the bathroom took a few minutes every time. That is not very sustainable, unfortunately.

Excellent value for money. Got a double room including breakfast for two just over 1600nt. The room was nice and comfy, despite some broken tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice, better than in many other hotels in Taiwan. Liked the location, across the river there are many bars, which was nice as we arrived late and wanted to find a place to chill with couple of drinks.

The parking space at the hotel is limited and you might have to go to another co-operating parking which is like 7min walk away. Not a big issue, though.

Room was clean and room size sufficient. Breakfast had a nice variety with good selection of greens at the salad bar, which I enjoyed. Within walking distance to the main shopping strip in Taichung, with lots of food options.

Had to walk abit to the allocated parking lot. Bathroom was a little lacking on the upkeep, but otherwise alright. Small boutique hotel type of feel, which is alright for a layover stay.

Very nice lobby and room. Adequate size for a short stay. Everyone was very helpful. This was the first 3 star hotel I stayed in that had 4 pillows on the bed! Also free coffee bar in the lobby.

Parking is not great - there is a car elevator that is a very tight fit...I banged up my rental car mirror backing in. The gym is small and if you're over 6ft you can't use the treadmill cause your head will hit the ceiling.

The breakfast was great. Have variety choice of foods. The bed was comfortable and the room is clean. Very friend staff. Good location if you travel by car.

Limited carpark at the hotel premises. But hotel do provided car park at nearby building. Walking distance about 5-7 mins.

Nothing I could think of, everything was good. The price we paid was with a discount we got with Booking, I don't think I would pay the original price for this room size though.

Decent hotel to stay in Taichung. Bathroom is well-equipped with Japanese-style toilet bowl. Washing machine and dryer machine are available for use.

Not really accessible via public transport, need to take Uber or Taxi to reach.

The breakfast was good with multiple choices, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything met my expectations. Will definitely choose to stay here again. Price was fair and the location was great. Highly recommended.

Clean, good location and excellent breakfast. just off Taiwan Boulevard, it is well connected by bus to everywhere in Taichung. The pillows were so comfortable
