The best front desk staff at any Taiwanese hotel I’ve ever stayed in. All the reception staff tried to be friendly, welcoming and genuinely engaging. Excellent breakfast. Lots of variety. Comfortable room Big bath Good view A place that got some small details right that many others in Taiwan miss - e.g. in room coffee was good, iron and ironing board provided, bath robes, good toiletries, multiple staff went out of their way to recommend something or make a suggestion that was helpful. I love some hotels in Taiwan, but staff are never this genuinely friendly. Especially, towards non-Taiwanese. This hotel must have excellent training and recruitment in place.

some of the plates and bowls in the self service breakfast buffet were not spotlessly clean - small stains Encountered three members of staff that had more of a standard attitude - all older - not a negative as they weren’t particularly rude just not as amazing as other staff. We had a car. Without a vehicle this location would be tough - but that’s Tainan as a whole really. TV doesn’t have children’s channels. If it connected to my own streaming channels then that would’ve worked for me.

The overall experience was satisfactory. The environment was peaceful and calm. However, we feel that the in-hotel buffet could be improved.

It is not easy to find street food as one needs to walk some distance. Perhaps that's why the area is quiet and peaceful. The bikes are old and need maintenance.

-The room layout was great. -Rooms were very quiet, tidy, comfortable and clean. -Swimming pool and gym were ample and modern. -Customer service was super, especially the morning concierge man, who went above and beyond to help with a translation issue! -Breakfast selection was good, particularly the pork gua bao, yum!! -Parking and check in were easy enough.

-Even though the selection was good for the buffet, the evening meal wasn’t overly impressive. -Location for exploring Tainan city wasn’t great, a car was helpful.

Overall, I had a great experience. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to gateway. Chief concierge Mr.Chen was incredibly helpful and kind. He showed care for us.

Rental bicycle was little bit old. I found a dirt at the out side of bathroom sink when I entered into the room after checked in.

Very good service provided by the staffs. Room is spacious and clean. Awesome view from room and balcony.

Location maybe out of the way. But walking distance to Anping district. Uber and cab available.

Fabulous facilities, delicious breakfast with a range of choices, good location for local attractions in Amping, clever room design and good amenities for families with young children.

Due to the spa facilities in the changing rooms, we were unable to change and shower our 2 year old toddler in the ladies showers making it a little inconvenient.
