This is a very big, relatively corporate hotel. It has all of the amenities a traveler could want -- nice rooms, very clean, relatively updated, great staff, and a decent gym. There is also a bar and several restaurants in the hotel. (These are relatively expensive, but a convenient option, if wanted.) There are also LOTS of nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and 24/7 massage spots, which we found to be super convenient. The hotel is near a great little park, which is nice for strolling and people watching. The hotel has nice atmosphere and a bit of green space surrounding it. It's in a quieter, less industrial part of town than would be the case if you stayed in downtown Tainan (which is about a 20 min cab ride away). It's relatively convenient location-wise to some of the city's attractions and amenities, including the high-speed rail station.

The pool area was nice; however, the pool wasn't heated, so we didn't use it. The hot tub wasn't hot, so we didn't use that either. The hotel has lots of retail/amenities nearby, however, it's not in downtown Tainan and/or close to Anping. If you're going to Tainan for work purposes, this is probably just fine. If you're going for tourism purposes, though, this is probably a factor to consider, since Tainan doesn't have a subway. We cabbed back and forth, which wasn't too expensive (took about 20 mins to downtown Tainan; nearly double that to get to Anping's attractions) but just flagging for reference.

Great breakfast. Friendly Staff. The connecting rooms made the trip fun and convenient. Housekeeping also did a great job. The kids playroom was empty in the morning so we had it all to ourselves. Even when the parking lot was stated as full due at night due to arriving dinner guests, they still reserved parking for hotel guests in the underground lot.

The hotel buffet for dinner did not have any availability for our family during our stay. Would be nice to have some availability for hotel guests.

great facilities: gym, pool, spa friendly and professional service rooms were cozy and had everything we needed

just one thing, for some reason the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided is a 3 in 1. Can’t comment on how effective it is long term but my hair was starting to get a bit dry by the end of my 2 night stay.

Big room, and nice facilities (sauna is great). Nearby some restaurants and a supermarket. Breakfast is nice.

Location is a big far away from main tourist place.

Anna and Ariel were quick to resolve the issue we had with our room. Thank you! We had a family room and it met all of our needs. Breakfast had a large amount of foods to choose from and even the pickiest eaters will find something. We would stay again.

A/C didn’t work well in our room. Room was located next to the elevator and the bed shook all night.

I love their hotel location; clean, friendly staff, as expected. The nearby Japanese Izakaya restaurant the front desk suggested was excellent.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were amazingly helpful and spoke excellent English, so it's very foreigner friendly.

It was a little far from the train station, but the staff were very helpful getting a taxi when necessary.

The location is excellent!
