The staff were amazing , helpful, friendly and attentive. The room was large, comfortable and cleaned daily. I would have liked to be able to have breakfast or good coffee but staff pointed out where to get food easily. The hotel had no restaurant which was disappointing but I would definitely recommend the hotel and I will stay there again.
A restaurant or breakfast provision would help.

Good location, Good access to station (TRA & Bus), Friendly staff, Clean, Good Wifi, Good room facilities (kettle & mini fridge), Comfortable & Close to a 7-Eleven !
Nothing really but if being persnickety……the mattress was a little hard. Please do not be put off by how the building currently looks outside or in the lobby etc…..

The outdoors and the reception hall doesn’t show that, but it has actually pretty good rooms. Comfy bed, well supplied bathroom, what else you need as a tourist… Plus it’s really good located, midway between to train station and the centre with bars and restaurants
