Best location where you can easily walk to local food places, cinemas and attractions. Quiet environment even though it's situated at the centre of the city. Spacious common room with cutlery and snacks. Good value for the money if you are looking for a short stay. nice and neat.

Have to take your washing out to the laundry shops which is really inconvenient as you have to pop in and out a few times to complete the cleaning and drying. The room coffee machine is not working. The coffee machine at the common room requires regular service.

Fantastic location in the lovely West district, right across a 7 eleven, yet quiet at night. The room was quite large and absolutely spotless. Staff was kind and helpful, and I liked the cosy design of the hotel. The mattress is quite firm to Western European standards but the bed was comfortable. With a breakfast, it wouldn't be far from a 4*. I found the price more than reasonable for the quality of the hotel.

Good location for food. Lots of choice nearby. The room was quiet. They have a great coffee room on the 6th floor where I would go every morning before my family woke up. Free expresso and the beans were ground by the machine on the spot

The bed was very hard. I like a hard bed and bought myself the hardest mattress in the store. However this was even harder than my mattress

air conditioning is running a bit old, and located above the bed. temperature drop drastically over 1 degree, and unable to control the speed of fan for example, there is no sleep mode so its either too hot or too cold.

The hotel is on a touristy side street that has a lot of restaurants & food stalls. It's directly across from a 24 hr 7-11 which was great for me, a midnight snacker. My roo faced the street so I got to enjoy the street view & people were out at all times of the nite.

My room faced the street & the light from the 24 hr 7-11 was on all nite, shining brightly.

Ambience of a boutique hotel, proximity to eateries, 7-11 store across the street, front desk staff Jennifer was super-helpful, beautiful lounge available for use though we never found the opportunity to use it.

No way for our friends to call us in the hotel room; front desk staff didn’t know how to forward the call. We ended up using Facebook instant messenger..

It was very located in the heart of Tainan city and you are literally minutes of walking away from all the good eats! Hotel has a very homely vibe and room is very spacious. Room provides all you need for your stay.

Bed was a little hard and duvet kept slipping off the cover.

The hotel is situated in a central location for shopping and eating although getting there from Tainan train station will require a short bus or taxi ride. I was given the room at the corner. it was large and cosy. I felt at home. I really enjoyed the hospitality and warmth of the staff!

Good location, 10 minute walk to Shennong St with interesting places along the way. Handy for the buses that go to the train station or to Anping. The hotel has a nice lobby, the room is comfortable and the staff were helpful when our 2 year old cut his lip.

Very nice, comfortable and well designed room. Very nice and accommodating staffs. Would definitely come back again. Lobby has a lot of useful and nicely illustrated maps. Location of the hotel is superb. You can walk anywhere
