The staff were efficient and friendly. Hotel is clean and breakfast was sumptuous

I didn’t like the reservation team who I was sending messages with before our arrival. Whoever it was, the person was not hospitable and not cordial to say the least. I can accept a negative answer but not when said with an attitude. Communication could have been more clear and friendlier.

Large and spacious with family rooms and separate shower area. Rather good breakfast at reasonable price compared to similar hotels in Taipei.

Design is a little dated.

Room is good size. Location is convenient. Nice outdoor swimming pool and gym.

The room service is not so tasty. Pasta is greasy, BBQ ribs are fatty and small portion. Stir fry vegetable is not tasty. Bread taste like overnight ones. Only the soup is acceptable.

There are so many different types of food, including local Taiwanese food, Japanese food, American dishes and Indian styles. As well the dishes of all kinds food are always filled with sufficient stuff, instead of some empty dishes on the scene. The service people offer their best efforts with smile to serve the people, and let my families feel ample hospitality from the service people; like the Japanese saying, Omotenashi. The room is quite clean, quite and spacious, and this hotel is well located to the vicinity of National Cheng Kung University. If you do hope to refresh the times of college students, and this is the best one in the Southern area of Taiwan.

The staff who checked us in was very friendly, professional and kindly let us get to our room early. The hotel is a quick walk from the Tainan train station. It has a very good sauna and whirlpool facilities and a nice outdoor pool. The room had a great city view.

The hotel is well-maintained and generally clean, but as it is dated and old I would hesitate to book it again for the kind of price that I could easily get a cheaper newer hotel.

Amazing experience! Strongly recommend to anyone visiting Southern part of the Formosa Island. Loved every second of staying there. Massive rooms with all kind of features available. The breakfast was phenomenal and the rate was fantastic.

Great hotel a mere 10 min by foot from Tainan central train station. All the main sights of Tainan are within walking distance starting in a radius of 15 min on foot from the hotel. Staff is very helpful and professional. Rooms are on the large side with nice views of the city, and the bed and pillows are extra comfortable. The open air swimming pool is a very nice way to start the day. Good value for money too.

The breakfast was beyond my expectation. The air condition was just suitable as I wished. All in all, it is worth recommendation.

The water of the toilet was so weak that it couldn't flush completely.
