Secluded within acres of lush green forest. The accommodation is approximately 10 minutes drive from the town center. It is definitely worth visiting especially if you love peace, nature and tranquility. It is a good place to go and relax because it has this environment of being fully immersed in nature. Staff will prepare food and generally assist you with requests. I found them exceptionally friendly and did their best for us and made us feel comfortable and at home. It also has a small gym and sauna, with various beauty treatments on offer although you might need to pay a bit extra for massages, etc. They will also help to arrange trips if you need to visit anywhere. From the town you can use a taxi or vehicle, preferably a 4x4 or the hotel will arrange if you contact them in advance. A boda boda can also take you for around 3000 tzs from town but if you have luggage, it's better using a vehicle. .

Don't order anything with beef from the menu. Very tough indeed. All chicken and veggie meals are fine. Service is very friendly but if the place is busy, be prepared for a very long wait for food to arrive.

The area is very beautiful. A great garden. Spacious rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lodge is NOT in the village center, you need a ride to get there from the bus. Otherwise It's a 20-30 min walk, uphill. The Lodge is here: 04°47′49.99″S 38°18′10.82″E

Loved the great view from the hotel and the beautiful garden. Staff were all friendly, nice and helpful. Good breakfast and good buffet dinner.

The description of rooms were not updated on the website when I booked. It showed the room with two beds but it had actually only one bed. But the manager immediately worked on updating the website and also upgraded our room to a better room with two beds without charging us. So all was well.

Great location in the middle of the nature. Nice place for families and friends to enjoy to time together or solo traveler and couples which want to disconnect. The hotel manager and his teammate Flora helped me out with several issues during the stay. Room size much bigger than expected.

Lagging Wifi

Good location, good settings and helpful staff (all but special mention of Mohammed Mustafa), Can be more fun with a bigger group (I.e. sitting around the fire at night).

Difficult to locate the hotel, limited toiletries, limited breakfast choices and mosquito in the room.

Food, staff, view, location, bed. I would definitely book it again. When we were leaving early in the morning they packed us breakfast to go.

Slow wifi. We couldn't pay with the credit card, although they said it is possible before we came here. We had to pay half in tsh and half in dollars

The service really was extraordinary. We arrived early in the morning after a 7 hour drive and while the hotel was almost full, we were provided with a room to rest in till the rooms were ready. The property is clean and the landscape is immaculately maintained. The staff were simply brilliant...they made our stay extraordinary. Special thanks to Stella and Barnabas for making our stay a memorable one. We shall return again for sure.

Everything was perfect for us.

The surroundings are beautiful, the hotel is really into the nature, the view from the rooms and restaurant is amazing. The restaurant serves really good food and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a not in the center of Lushoto but really this was not a problem for me.

Really nice place, beautiful gardens. Very relaxing. Helpful and friendly staff. The night-time fire outside was a great way to end each day. Food was good (a little slow sometimes, but with a few beers, who cares?). The hot showers were the best I've experienced in Africa..
