the unbeatable position and the spectacular sunsets, in a garden that seems a continuation of the jungle. the people, which have all made the difference . rarely met so many great and smiling individuals. if you can, pick beach villas and ask for 105 to 100: best sunset and quiet..

the accommodation is overpriced for the standards of a 5 star resort. the structure is showing the signs of age, with noisy AC , sometimes no hot water (repaired immediately) very bad internet, broken phones, mud on the seal of the shower glass . the premium villas have an open bathroom overlooking the beach meaning everyone passing by can see inside.. not a big buffet fan, but the set meal option didn’t convince

Every thing was perfect and the staff soo helpful and friendly

The price high little and the tax because I bought for 61$ for drinks but I pay 107 because of the tax ..if they have tax like that should be drinks free. In hotel if you have helf board at less water free for dinner.. and the beach need to clean more we didn't swim also the pool need to put machine to make worm water we didn't swim only afternoon because water. Soo cold

Staff were friendly and helpful. Villa was a good size. Food was adequate.

First impressions- road in and out was a disaster. The villa pool pump didn’t work for 2 days and when started rendered the pool cloudy with brown decomposed leaf litter. Then took over a day to clean. No offer of any free service in compensation for lack of access to the pool for several days. Beach access is misnomer as the tide renders the beach unavailable. Age and general condition of the property would suggest not 5-star.

My husband & I are vegan, gluten free. We didn't realize the food was buffet style which rarely works for us. But the chef was incredible & went above & beyond to make us food every night that was so yummy & amazing. He really made the trip for us!! Thanm you chef!! 🙏🏼

To get to the hotel you have to go down a very long extremely bumpy road. If you have a bad back at all, do not stay here or at Fruit & Spice next door. You can't avoid the road & you are very isolated. Once ur there, ur there til you leave. It took us about 45 minutes to get to the hotel from the tar road, yet it's a relatively short distance-yes, the road it THAT BAD.

By far our favorite hotel. We booked the garden view pool villa for 1 day and visited during our honeymoon. They organized a surprise for us with candles and flowers which made us so happy. All stuff were genuine and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was unreal and during dinner we had live music playing cocktails were very good as well. The main pool was very unique and the pool in our room was bigger than what I imagined. The rooms were very luxurious and beautiful. Also, when my husband had a sunburn, they brought us the hotel's doctor to check on him which we appreciated a lot. We had a great stay and thank you very much for this!

Nothing.

The resort is like a nature enclave. so much greenery and the landscape feels like you are in national geographic park. the pool is wonderful. the food is tasty and plentiful. the rooms are huge and Zen. the bathrooms is quite big as well. the resort feels very private, tranquil, zen, and peaceful.

the beach isn't the best for swimming. always low tide. they dont have coconuts at your service, must be ordered a day before. the road into the hotel is bumpy and not paved. the resort is very secluded so when you reach there, its hard to go in and out.

The selection and quality of meals were exceptional. Leaving very early and got our breakfast at 4.30 AM - we appreciated it! The pool was clean, no complaints. The Zumba lecture with Lukman was great - should be announced more, we found the only announcement in the daily plan in our room. We liked the cocktail menu in the beach bar.

Minors: No free water at the dinner / the pool. The first cleaning of the room at 3 PM was quite late, while the evening preparation was at 6 PM...? Closing the wellness at 7 PM - could be later, as the last 90 min massages we could start at 5.30 PM. The smoking area could be far from the dining area.

The resort is remote and private, with great facilities especially the pool. The villas are spacious and comfortable and the private pool amazing. Loved the food. We ate at the main dining room and every night there was a different theme and the food always enjoyable with wide variety. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved our stay.

The resort is big and it can be quite a walk. There is a golf cart service but you may have to wait. They also have bikes, but it would be great to have more kiddie bikes for the little ones to get around.
