Staff exceptional. So kind to us. Helped my fiancé organise my birthday. They decorated the room really nice. Very clean. Big spacious room. Lovely pool. Gorgeous sunsets from roof pool. A about a 15 minute walk to the beach, main strip. Or a 10 minute walk to the Aonang Night Market. You can rent moped from reception. We also booked tours from reception. You can bring the hotel towels to the beach. Would recommend this place if you don't mind being away from the main tourist strip.

Location wasn't the best. Spent a lot on Tuk tuks as we didn't get a moped. About 150-200 Baht each way.

Amazing staff. They were very helpful and accommodating. Some of the best hospitality I think I will ever get in hotels. The pool inside our room was fantastic. It was relatively clean and well-maintained. Air conditioning worked. Wifi connection around the room and hotel was strong enough to do work on and to play music continuously on. TV channels on offer were plentiful. Towels and other complimentary hospitality stuffs were adequate. Room service was decent. The travel info booth that they have inside the hotel was very helpful. They explained things clearly and gave us a number to contact if we had other queries.

Very small problems: The shower sometimes has cold water running intermittently, even when you set it for hot. There was no chair inside the room, so I couldn't really do work on the table provided, but it was no problem as I requested and they gave me one. No toothpaste given. No free creamer given for the coffee/tea :(

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, As soon as we arrived at the reception, the staff was above and beyond! They were very kind and helpful, giving us some recommendations about places and tours, There is also a desk where you can book tours and motorbikes( we didn't use it as we had booked everything in advance). If you come early you can leave your luggage at the hotel until the room is ready and the same when you are leaving and waiting for your transfer. The food in the restaurant was amazing! Kong and his team did great work, everything was clean and tidy, food was delicious, On our first day we came to the hotel when the breakfast was over however they prepared one of the breakfast menus for us which was full of colours and tastes. I'll recommend you try juices from the lobby bar (mango and passion fruit are my favourites). Our room was a dream! It was the “Deluxe Double Room with Private Pool” so believe me having a pool in your room is insane, That is one of the things I'll strongly miss! They also offer breakfast in your pool. So if you decide to visit Krabi, come to Anda Sea Tales Resort. Thank you so much for everything I'll come back!

Loved the pool on our balcony. It was very nice to just take a dip after a sweaty evening in town. Also valued the free shuttle service that the hotel provided to Ao Nang, altough we wished it would have started a little bit earlier (first drive at 11am). Driver was always very kind. The rooftop pool was great and provided nice views and a lot of space to relax. Staff was always helpful and kind. Liked the sea theme that carried all the way through the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

These are all little things that didn't really affect our holiday that much but thought to mention anyway. Breakfast selection was a little bit narrow, but it fulfilled it's purpose. It was nice to have eggs made upon request so they were always hot. The restaurant didn't operate past 4pm so if hungry, we had to go to town to eat (15min by foot or 150thb oneway if not at the shuttle service times). Airconditioning was right above the bed so it was a little bit disturbing while sleeping and caused one of us a flu-like symptoms. The bed was a little hard for our liking. We used the laundry service once, and got our white shirts back yeallow-ish. The sunbeds at the pool could only be positioned one way, so lying on your stomach was practically impossible.

Nice room with private pool, which was amazing. The rooftop pool is also really beautiful! It's easy to let your clothes wash. The staff was kind. Location is perfect, not too busy area.

The room smells, probably due to the humidity or maybe due to the bench that's not very clean anymore... Could be washed or renewed sometimes as there were a lot of stains. As previous comments already said: hanging out clothes to dry, or even towels in the bathroom is really a problem. There are only 6 hangers in the closet (while the closet is huge, so this could easily be solved) and only 1 hook in the bathroom.

Really good location, rooms are spacious, clean and bed is comfortable. The infinity pool has such a gorgeous view. We stayed here for 5 nights whilst travelling thailand for 1 month and it was our favourite hotel by far. We rented a moped from the hotel which was a breeze, we used the same day laundry service too which was so easy. We had a thai massage at the spa which was incredible and booked a couple tours from the in house tour guide. Everything is right there at the hotel. We didn’t eat here as we went into Ao Nang centre and ate at street stalls a lot.

The only negative thing was our room was facing out the front of the hotel and there is a speaker announcement during the night (not entirely sure what this is) but my guess it’s some sort of religious prayer. With us being at the front near the speaker it did wake us up a couple of times during our stay.

The rooms are clean and the rooftop swimming pool is really nice, just like in the pictures. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is a bit bad if you move around on foot or by taxi, but if you rent a scooter it’s ideal. The hotel has affordable scooter rental. There are few shops, restaurants and pharmacy around. Water pressure is really good and the bathroom is clean.

There is no chairs or table on the terrace of the room. There is no music playing on the rooftop and the bar is rarely open. Breakfast is expensive so we didn't take it. However, it's hard to find western breakfast in the Ao Nang area and if you do, it's also expensive. Thai breakfast is cheap. So if you want western breakfast, it is easier just take the breakfast from the hotel.

breakfast was pleasant - only made it onnce in 5 days though ! The hotel has clearly been modernised very recently and was spotlessly clean throughout. The location is about 2k from teh main strip (they will tell its 1k - its not, we measured !). But tuk tus are only 150 bhat each way (£3). We had a moped which made it easier. Au Nang as a location is fantatisc. Suoer busy and built up on the strip with everything you coudl wish for, but just a short trip in amy driection to peaceful call serenity. We expolred the entire region on moped and found some stunning places. alos we took the ferry koh lau NOi. that was amazin - although BEWARE - when they say it comes back at 7.30 (leaves at 2pm) they mean 7.30am the next day ! Being stranded added to teh adventure - we had a lovely night ! anyway this hotel is very nice, very clean, and teh staff are pleasant, just ever so formal on reception.
