Very nice place - very calm and wellsuited. Spacy rooms for two and have all you need - kettle, some cutlery. Room have also aircon, what is awesome on hot days! Location is not perfect, but it's not a problem if you rent a motorbike - as we do, just right from or host lady - very easy and not pricey at all. They also offer breakfast for additional price, but we haven't used it. Lady also can book for you tickets to Phi-Phi or some other (check it on her frontdesk) and believe - it's a good option, since price is the same with other legal places, but much more comfortable, since a pick up for those trips is right on your staying place :)

Location - the only one thing could do better for this place! Because you can't go on foot easily to the city center several times per day, you must have additional transport - bike, motorbike or use taxi service. If it's not a problem for you - then choose it and wouldn't regret :)

Very clean and spacious room. we enjoyed a lot the outdoor patio in the evening. it is located far away from the noisy bars of Ao Nang which was great for us, since we wanted something more local and wanted to avoid the crowds. We had dinner in the neighborhood every evening. the host is very kind and helped us with tours, boat tickets, and transfer. we managed all our tours/transfers from the reception.

It is indeed a bit far if you want to be close to the party area, so you need a motorbike if you don’t book a tour that day. but we enjoyed a lot a better and more local side of Ao Nang.

This is a lovely little hotel, set away from the main tourist area. It's a short drive to Ao Nang and you can walk to Ao Nang Landmark (night market) from the hotel. The host is so lovely and helpful, she really went the extra mile to help us. You can rent a motorbike from the hotel at a very reasonable price. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a lovely cafe across the road where you can find delicious, very reasonably priced breakfasts. There is a 7/11 opposite.

It is quite far from the main Ao Nang beach and strip - not a problem for us as we had a motorbike.

The woman who runs this place was so helpful and nice. When we had trouble finding a grab to the beach, she called her brother to give us a ride for free including pick up after. The rooms are clean and in good condition. Has kettles, hair dryer, and fridge. Microwave and water in the lobby. Scooters seemed new and in good condition. The best value for money near Ao nang.

Everything was great. It was one of the best place we stayed in Thailand with a budget price. Everything was clean and the room smelled nice. Lady at the reception is very nice and helpful, she speaks english very well

Its not right in the city centre but for us it was more of an advantage than disadvantage. It has more of a local vibe than a touristic one that is in the centre. There are places where you eat local food for cheap (roti with curry just across the road was our go to every morning) and markets to buy fruit. So to sum it up we were happy with everything

we took a week out of travelling to chill here and recharge and it was perfect. Room was spacious and comfortable, staff were really pleasant and helpful and you are within easy walking distance of lots of great local restaurants and shops. Outdoor patio area to relax and cheap coin op laundry on site

Lots of mosquitoes in the room when we arrived - we resolved this by buying a repellent air freshener from 7/11 - also the air on system was not the best

Friendly owner and staff and close by to some shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this amazing place to everyone and I can't wait to visit again soon. Very big rooms, super clean, beautiful small garden terrace. Nemo had amazingly equipped room, very big and comfortable beds, good working AC, small fridge and they even had a hairdryer.

The location is s as bit far, but we liked seeing more local area and we moved around by scooter any way. I really loved having small more local and affordable eateries around, we ate few times at Madina and had roti just across the street.

It's outside the main part of Ao Nang, about 10-15 minute walk to Pier and beach, but there's taxis and a pickup truck that are easily accessible from the main road to bring you anywhere

we liked having our own room with a seating area outside, it was specious, the bathroom was nice and it was nice having a glass screen in the shower. there was a desk and chairs, and a little vanity which was nice to have to organise our stuff. scooter hire was easy from the accomodation, 250 baht per day. there was a 7/11 across the road and a nice restaurant and smoothie place right next to us.
