A really amazing hotel, one of the best we have stayed in. Beautiful location and gorgeous rooms. It felt like a real retreat. The hotel cafe was exceptional and the girl who served us was so nice and friendly. I can’t comment on the dinner as we only had breakfast there (which was just ok). The pool was great too. Also really easy to get to Railay beach - about 30 minutes in all - which was all arranged by the hotel for no extra charge. Also a 7/11 nearby for cheap snacks and drinks. We used this hotel to basically have a place to sleep in, and for that it was perfect.

The room could’ve been cleaner on arrival, but once it was cleaned again it was great. One MASSIVE mistake we made was ordering taxis through the hotel. Its a bit remote and so ordering taxis through the hotel seemed our only option. But after discovering the Thai equivalent of Uber (In-Drive!!) we realised the hotel had been charging us 4x (!!!) what we should be for taxis and tuktuks, which is really disappointing. They must have some arrangements been between the local taxi services. Also, the jacuzzi was freezing in our ‘jacuzzi room’ so I wouldn’t bother paying the extra for these rooms.

Everything about the property is amazing. Staff was friendly, helpful and patient. Always smiling. The surroundings are incredible, such a relaxing place. They've also got a huge, fantastic infinity pool.If you want to get away from busy places like Raylay or AoNang this is your place. Depending on what your poans are, its location may not ve ideal. However you've got some locals shops and restaurants 5-10min away and tha An Na Mao pier is 15min away by foot. It was a shame to see it so empty, and not working to it's 100% but it was low season. For me it was perfect!

To write something, the A/C was a bit too noisy at night. Nothing that some earplugs would not sort out.

Very friendly staff that truly cares about you. I had food poisoning (definitely not from this accomodation, I was out and about) and they brought medication and even cooked a special soup for me to get back to strength. Great breakfast options for all sorts of different tastes, comfy beds, huge shower, quiet peaceful location. They are a little away from town, but that was perfect for as as it was in the middle of nature and peaceful. With a tuk tuk you get for only 200THB right into town and there is a free bus shuttle every morning to 2 different beaches at 10:45am (takes 10 minutes to drive to the beach). There is a small shop right next to the resort which you can walk to in 1-2 minutes, which has water, snacks, etc. Amazing huge long pool, water has the perfect temperature to dive straight in and it is cleaned with minerals, not chlorine. 100% perfect stay for us.

They do not serve alcohol, for those who wish to get a drink. We didn't miss anything as the drink choices were exceptional and different for the adventurous people amongst us, but well... if you want to get drunk book somewhere else.

The Swimming pool was one of the best huge pool and great setting , The food in the evening was good, they had fresh cakes that were excellent an unusual in asia,

the breakfast very wasteful as it was a set menu and too much food, Its not the hotels fault but very empty. A bit Disney like false feeling of a film set . Its really close to ao nong but not sure they make the most of this . could have shuttle service etc

The place and the atmosphere has no other in the region and one of the most interesting in Thaialnd. You feel like you are back in history and its a great experience

The Staff English is not good so don't expect much and breakfast served to the room is not good You will need a taxi or car to get to the Ao nang center as it is a stand alone property and not in the heart of the city

This is an amazing place to relax to and enjoy the area. The staff is super kind and helpful. Special thanks to Pu, Fada, and Catai 💚 The buildings are very well integrated in the nature. You’ll see fishes in the laguna right by your balcony. Maybe a little varan too, birds for sure and monkeys too. It also has the best pool I ever seen (and a nice gym). Downtown is only a few km away so you can benefit from the calm and the songs from the birds and also easily access a more animated part of Krabi. I love it!

Nothing really. I would just have liked more vegan options but the food was really good. So I found what I needed with the app Happy Cow and I would definitely enjoy going back to this outstanding resort💚

The hotel is stunning, friendly and welcoming staff, the rooms are spacious and well designed, the pool was our favourite one of our trip. The hotel is very quiet and calm, the perfect place to relax. It isn't in a central location so we hired a moped for the week via the hotel which was really easy to do, and allowed us to get into Ao Nang beach, town, and elsewhere, freely. We used the hotel transport to Railay Beach which is a great option to have included. We hope to return at some point!

The pool/restaurant food was a bit hit and miss. Better to dine out.

Location was perfect for a getaway, rucked away in the outskirts away for the noise and crowds of town, there's daily free shuttle if needed! The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and genuinely helpful. The food is to die for! Very reasonably priced too (must try the coconut milk cashew desert)! Just the relaxed atmosphere out in nature, plenty to do within the hotel activities as well, must try the kayaking around mangroves!

Just that it was a dry hotel (no alcohol). Refills on the breakfast buffet a little slow at times. Minor details, but definately worth the stay if you're in Krabi!

When we arrived we were welcome with cold towers and pomelo juice, Also got upgraded to the premium water villa. The room was absolutely amazing, cleaning service was also great. •Do not worry about the distance of the resort because there is a van that goes to AoNang and Rilay Beach for free. They have a private boat to rilay beach. •The pool area was amazing, •really nice gym space, new machines, minimalistic but has all you need.

•There really isnt vegan options in the breakfast buffet, When in the restaurants, ask for tofu they have it although it doesnt appear in the menu. •The resort doesn’t sell any alcohol! •Staff doesn’t know english all that well.

Can't say enough good words about this place. It's one of the most beautiful resorts I've ever visited. Small wooden houses on lake water and little Thai boats parked around which made the scenery so amazingly beautiful. Breakfast was great and felt luxurious with cooks making you eggs on the spot and a nice buffet to choose from. The swimming pool was out of this world. The largest I've ever seen and had amazing view and feeling while in there. The staff was also very kind and very helpful and they offered great every day room service. Overall, just an amazing experience and I'd definitely go back to that resort if I ever visited Thailand, Krabi again.
