Kind stuff, quite area, nice pool and menu to order food or drinks from their restaurant. There is possibility to rent a car, book day trips or all kind of activities from the reception. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach 3 times per day and you can use it anytime by paying 50 bth by person.

You depend by car and the apartment looks outdated (but all the equipments are functional and they provide all you need). Although in pool area there are a lot of broken sun beds.

Splendid Property, well maintained with supporting staff. Good facility and all amenities in good working order. Request for the Shuttle to and from the beach was always immediately complied. A very good pool villa for the family and friends to enjoy for a long and comfortable stay in peace and happiness.

After our Stay of 8 days and 7 nights, we did request for an extended checkout hour from 12pm to 14pm instead and it was point blank denied, saying that there will be an extra charge at 1000 baht per hour, which was a little weird. All stays do always consider 1-2 hours of extended checkout. There was no other booking for the property on the same day. Though, later on, on our dis-satisfaction and feeling bad on this, they allowed us 30 min extra and said that they may expect a visit by someone to inspect / checkout the property. Their administration shall consider small request from the guest.

The beds are very firm....too firm and I usually like a firm bed. Other than this all other things are 5 Star. The property management team is very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had or provide things we needed. The daily shuttle to the beach was great and easy to get to. It was nice coming back after a long hot day and have a dip in the private pool.

The privacy, it's a little out of town but that worked for us, quiet and great for the kids. The layout worked if you have younger kids as they can play in the pool and you can be anywhere in the villa and still keep an eye on them.

When we arrived we were disappointed as we had booked a room with pool view and garden view but we had no view but after staying for a couple of days the apartments are so clean and the staff were amazing ,including the shuttle bus into ao nang and the pool was kept very clean I would say excellent to everyone who looks after the complex

Slightly out of the way from the beach but very easy to get a shuttle bus, as arranged for us by staff so wasn’t an issue.

Friendly reception staff, fast message replies, nice large room and comfy bed, lovely pool! Little bit further out but a nice quiet location.

Pool chairs broken, wardrobe and sofa broken, everywhere could have done with a bit more of a clean before check in. We enjoyed our stay but these are all things you don't expect when paying this amount. We also found bike hire to be expensive and ended up going elsewhere.

Nice location for daily travel in Krabi and boat tours to close islands like Koh Phi Phi. Great staff! Helped us a lot and made our staying much more enjoyable. They can help in buying many of the activities in the region with a nice discount. The pool was a very nice evening activity.

Everything! But most importantly Jeab the hotel manager, she went above and beyond for my family and was the most lovely lady! So helpful with everything! The free shuttle to the town and beach was amazing as well x

Location was about 10 mins from Ao Nang beach by Bolt. 40 mins from Airport . Quiet area. Nice pool. 2 bedroom villa, shower room, lounge area with TV and kitchen area with microwave, kettle, toaster. Loads of storage space in bedrooms. Aircon in both bedrooms. Fan in lounge area.
